  At first I was leary to buy jewelry from an online retailer, but there were so many good reviews that I had to look into it. Is it a scam? Will it deliver on time? Is it top quality? Let me tell you it’s not a scam, delivered on time, and the quality is proof of why they are in business. They emailed me every step of the process until it was delivered to me.   I designed my engagement ring using their incredibly easy and versatile site which allowed me to see in real time, what my ring would eventually look like. I checked other websites from businesses located in Los Angeles (where I'm from) and nothing compared to how easy AND customizable rings could be using an online interface. Only Azeera showed an incredibly friendly user experience. So I created the ring and contacted them for a rush delivery which at first made me very nervous, till one of the their team members assured me they could send the ring over to LA by the time I left for my vacation to propose. Sure enough, the ring came overnight in a beautiful box looking as magnificent as the day I customized it on the website.

  They sent several emails outlining the process the ring was going through after I ordered, which was nice. They also sent a handwritten note from the owner/founder, although the skeptic in me can't be sure it's not just someone else signing as them. They also included a card in my order describing care and selection of garnett stones. There are no gemstones as part of the wedding band I ordered -- it should be all platinum.

  Right after I bought my daughter's ring, I got email saying that the Peridot was going to be different from the pictures online. Not the most comforting thing to see, but I liked the honesty. I decided to go through with it anyway. I could just return it if she didn't like it, but that didn't matter because she wear it everyday. No harm, no foul.

  I highly recommend going through Azeera for your jewelry. They were very willing to answer all my questions in detail and explain why or why not my choices would work. It's surprising how many people are willing to say yes all the time to get your business, but I was actually told by their designer that my idea would not be suitable for how frequently I wear my jewelry. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and I have no problem wearing it all the time.

  This rings symbolizes so much for me. My family has been go through some difficult times and we were finally able to come out of situation after months of struggle.   I was emailed after ordered my ring about the colors of topaz being slightly different. I actually preferred what they had emailed rather than what was on the site. It looked more real to me. The ring did not disappoint and the colors were accurate to their email. I respect the honesty and concern for my jewelry.
