  I was intrigued by setting style of this ring. I didn't think stones could be set like that and stay, but I'm happy to say that it's holding quite well. I'm not abusing the ring, but it's all in one piece whenever I wear it out.

  I asked live chat what their thougths were on a design I was looking at and they gave me their honest opinion without trying to push the sale. I really appreciated that and their honest answer. I wanted an eternity ring with larger gems for everyday wear and they convinced me to go with half eternity. A full eternity might be uncomfortable to wear and I agreed. Frankly, I was surprised they down sold me, but it was definitely the right ring for me. You can't beat honest customer service.

  I didn't know how to gauge the size of the gems on the website. I was afraid that I'd get gems smaller than they looked. I spoke extensively to customer service. They offered to send me sample stones, but I took their word on it. I went with the Kamsa design and I was very pleased with the sizing of the gems. Could not be happier with both the product and the service.

  I purchased a diamond and sapphire band for my wife. She loves it. The quality is high for a reasonable price. We are both very happy with the ring and the engraving was beautiful.   The company is amazing and the service is great. Very quick responses to my questions. Very friendly. They also offered free appraisal after my purchase which is amazing. The cufflinks are beautiful however the stones are much smaller than I imagined from the photo. I had to put the cufflinks in the light to actually see the definition between the stones. I think my fiancé will love them anyway.

  Azeera was WONDERFUL to work with through the entire experience. I had a few requests when it came to the Citrine and Sapphires, and they answered those requests LONG past normal business hours and almost immediately after the requests were sent.
