  No issues with ordering the product. The delivery time was also relatively quickly even with it going through customs. Pleasantly surprised at the speed of shipping once my order was completed.

  They were responsive on email until I requested return the day after I received the product. They have very small return time window ( 2 weeks), no return instruction on website and they stopped responding my repeated requests. This is a small but dishonest business owner. I would not recommend them at all

  Very small. It comes in really tiny pieces that you have to put together. It’s basically no refund considering you have to ship it to china to return it! Definitely not worth the price.

  Love the clock but. Never got a confirmation and never had a response to the clock and when to expect. I actually thought I had been scammed. No response to phone messages left. No way to do good customer service in my opinion

  Nice selection of products. This is a French vendor so do not expect as many email update than an US vendor. Product are made to order (it look like it) and ship from France so it takes time - as advertised on the web site. That's the price to pay to have a "French designer wall clock" (or décor).

  Loved Mercedes, who handles customer service on the US side, she kept me informed. The delivery took a while from when it hit US shores, to get to me, but that was just transit, nothing to do with Ashley. If in the US, consider time for order, creation and a bit more for delivery.

  The product is unique and a real conversation piece. I wasn’t aware thT I would have to assemble but these were some of the best step by step instructions I’ve ever seen. Product satisfaction starts from the ease of ordering to delivery of the product. The USPS is not the best choice. Spend a few extra dollars on better delivery methods. I’d order another but can’t wait 5-6 weeks for it. I’d still recommend for a patient first timer.
