  I bought Sunken Ship and Antenna Forest from the Norvegian artist Christian Houge. The Artistics’ team was very helpful in suggesting where to put them in my apartment based on pictures I sent them. Shipment was very smooth and the two pictures arrived in perfect shape. The Artistics’ team was finally very helpful in explaining how to mount them on the wall ! Great job, thank you very much !

  Professional and personable I discovered Artistics after seeing an article about a French artist (Romain Langlois) online. I sent Artistics an email to find out about the piece I saw, and they returned my email very quickly. We exchanged several emails in which they provided me with all the information about the art, artist, and how a transaction would be handled – and then set up a live phone call to discuss the entire transaction. All of my questions and concerns were answered, and I felt I was dealing with a reputable organization, so I decided to order the piece I was interested in, as well as another two that I came to love after learning more about the artist, and seeing more images of his art. All the packaging and shipping was arranged by Artistics via a professional, internationally respected, dedicated art shipping company. The pieces I ordered were very large, and very heavy – and everything was crated and packed safely and securely, and shipped from France to Canada in a very efficient, and, frankly, fast, manner. I told them there was no rush, yet, everything arrived sooner than I thought – I was very surprised. The payments were done by wire, and even when my bank made a mistake, thereby delaying payment, Artistics was very understanding, notified me of the error, and allowed me to correct the issue with no hard feelings. Artistics is who they represent themselves to be – a true web based, international are gallery / dealer who cares about the artists they represent, and the art lovers they bring together. For anyone who feels uncomfortable making a major art purchase online, without actually going to see the piece in a gallery, you should feel comfortable in knowing that Artistics represents the art, and the artist, honestly and openly. When my pieces arrived, and were un-crated, they were actually better than I could ever have imagined. I could not be happier with the entire experience, and as for my purchases – I will be happy to look at them forever.

  My wife and I were looking for a modern sculpture. But living in the Middle East, we did not have an easy access to the French art circuit. Artistics provided us with all we needed, including the choice of truly interesting artists, information, professional advice and visits to the artists’ workshops. We had the pleasure to by a beautiful bronze sculpture of 2.60 meter by Pierre Yermia. Artistics then took care of the proper packaging and all export formalities. I do recommend them for the international art lovers.

  I bought a painting on the site and my experience was really great. I was able to view it before purchase and staff was very helpful in shipping it from Paris to London. Artists choice is really wide and of great quality. Recommend it to friends that also had a great experience.
