was excellent and super quick, outlined what was wrong with my Whirlpool washer-dryer combo in detail, and the costs to repair. He was efficient and had a great disposition. He also made it very clear regarding warranty work and time of warranty. Was the best service call I have ever made with a perfect repair and outcome. If you need an appliance repaired I would definitely use this service and in particular Yuriy.

Sahsa was friendly and efficient. Was able to determine the issue quickly and repairs were completed within a day after picking up the part. He had good recommendations for repair vs replacement and you could tell he was experienced.

rompt service. Easy to get an appointment and had my oven fixed on the spot. The technician was very friendly and even took the door apart for me so that I could clean the inside, at no extra charge. He also gave me a few tips on cleaning my oven!! excellent service. PS. After some thought has to say that I was stunned by the cost of a fuse. I paid 480 which included labour which was quoted at 199. Is it a fuse 280?? Seems excessive.

The first guy who came wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t do anything but we paid. The second guy was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and honest and kind. We will use this company again as long as the second guy comes again.

Will wait for the water to evaporate out of reserve in the bottom of the dishwasher. Should work then. If not, will call back and take it from there. Really appreciated the service so quickly.
