Verified reviewYour repair man, Pat, came to repair our old Kenmore stove. The Oven was not heating up consistently or reaching the preset temperature. It also registered an F30 code intermittently. He checked every aspect of electrical circuitry including the main board. He also checked the oven temperature at various settings and found it to be as we had experienced, being anywhere from 30 to 50 degrees below the required baking temperature. His advice to us was excellent regarding alternatives i.e. installing a new board, if if it was even available, into an old stove. He also advised on purchasing various makes of new stoves and where they are available, including good warranty protection. This information was invaluable since we will definitely be purchasing soon. Even though Pat was not able to fix our stove issue, he made every effort to do so, and offered good advice on purchasing the next one

Verified reviewThe company was on time and quick to fix the problem, however not much was stated during the process except at the end when he presented me with a 500 dollar bill( yes almost the cost of a new dryer) I really believed I would have gone the route of a new one had he conversed with me before just fixing it. Lesson learned

Verified reviewTechnician showed up in the correct time window. Visit was quick as he assessed the problem within a few minutes. At first he didnt believe my wife as the stove worked when he turned it on, but eventually saw what the issue was (I wasn't present). The repair quote came in quickly, but this specific repair costs too much, not sure if it the pen was heavy or justified. We decided to buy a new stove instead
