It’s very sophisticated and I’m ordering another.

I bought the Melrose Sofa 9 months ago and am very pleased. I can tell that this sofa will age very well as it seems to be very well made and the quality is outstanding. But the real reason for my review is the Customer Service. It is OUTSTANDING!! When we bought our sofa we also purchased a Rug and throw. Unfortunately, through no fault of Apt2B, we have had some bad luck with our area rug and Apt2B has replaced it for us twice now. This second time, I contacted them and didn’t expect them to do anything, since the rug was 9 months old, but just thought I would let them know about the issue. Jessica, was in touch with me right away and contacted the factory and in the end they replaced the rug again for us. Apt2B you have a customer for life. Any future purchases we will definitely buy through you. It means a lot to have a company that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. I also want a shout out to Jessica she was so great to work with and went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Omg!! So excited to have this sofa in my living room. I had initally purchased it for my guest room but while I was waiting for delivery I decided I should enjoy it instead of only my guests. I love that I was able to choose the fabric (and sooo many options!) as well as the leg colors. I got this in flamingo velvet and it is nothing short of gorgeous! It is a little firm for me, but it could be what I had been using was so old it was getting a little too soft. I am sure this will soften up after some use. I did upgrade the mattress. I have yet to try it out. I will update my review once I do!

The sofa looked nice in the photos and the reviews were positive. But upon arrival, that took 4 weeks, I was very disappointed. It is too small and not comfortable. You can not lay down on it because of its short length and the seat is narrow. I thought I would be safe purchasing a sofa with 100% guarantee, but that is misleading. To return you have to pay 15% restocking fee and shipping. Very cost prohibited. So I'm stuck with an unattractive, uncomfortable sofa. And, the foot rests do not lift evenly on both sides. They will send our a repair person in a month. Buyer beware of satisfaction guarantee claim.

We have had this loveseat in blueberry for close to six years & it looks as beautiful as the day it arrived! It’s used in our study and is the focal point of the room. We absolutely love it! If you’re looking for a quality sofa look no more!

It's long enough to sleep on as a couch, which was a high priority for me. I love the arms, love the chaise. Fabric is great, the pillows have stood up well. Sofa bed pull out works great.

I was so nervous buying a sofa - especially one as large as this - without being able to sit in it first. But this is the most delicious, comfy, loungey couch ever. My whole family loves to just sink in and relax and I think two of us took naps on it the first day we had it! The fabric is more of a white and blue tweedy feel than I expected but it's absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier. I wish I had room for this in more places.

We are enjoying our new sofa. It is a good color (cloud velvet) and seems to be well built. Our cat doesn't try to scratch it at all which is why we ordered the velvet material. The couch is comfortable - fairly firm and doesn't have a sink-in feel, so as long as you aren't looking for a soft sofa this should work for you. I rounded up from a 4 1/2 star. I noticed the cording around the bottom cushions is split on the sides instead of at the back by the zipper (where it wouldn't be seen), so it would be better to change this. It would have been great to have a living room "set" option with the couch and a couple of storage ottomans for a good deal. Two ottomans cost almost as much as the couch (or more) which seems really high to me. We're currently looking for an alternative storage bench to use instead. Seems like it would be a win-win to offer set deals as customers would be able to afford ottomans if they were priced lower and Apt2B would benefit from higher sales - just a thought!

We had some issues with this piece arriving damaged twice, but the Apt2B team resolved the issues and the daybed arrived yesterday for my client. It's the perfect fit for a smaller space, comfy to sit on, and the design of the piece is perfection - simple, not to deep. I will admit that my only surprise was that it is far softer of a sit than I expected for a small, bench-type sofa. So if you're planning to use this for anything but lounging, I'd think again.

The only issue I have had with this sofa is that it took 4 adults to move it. This couch is large and heavy! The couch is incredibly comfortable with oversized cushions. It looks great too!
