I used the sectional builder to create a version of the Chaise Sofa. It was delivered yesterday. The driver came 30 minutes before the delivery window and called me with 10 minutes notice. The corner of the lounge was visibly defective upon arrival, so now I have the hassle of contacting support. The Catalina sofas and chairs seem very nice and comfortable otherwise, and I love the design. But I haven't had them long enough to review the wear and tear. Overall I have mixed feelings. I expect better service if I pay for the white glove delivery. And I'd like to just enjoy the couch without trying to get a replacement for the defective section.

I've been letting it air out for over a week now. The smell is a mixture of chlorine and formaldehyde. I wouldn't purchase if you're sensitive. If it doesn't get any better, it's off to good will. The 2 stars is because it looks nice but if your retinas are burning you won't be able to look at it.

The black lining fabric of the couch that the cushions sit on has discolored our cushions. We flip the cushions regularly to balance wear as suggested so now both sides of all the cushions are discolored.

The sofa looked nice in the photos and the reviews were positive. But upon arrival, that took 4 weeks, I was very disappointed. It is too small and not comfortable. You can not lay down on it because of its short length and the seat is narrow. I thought I would be safe purchasing a sofa with 100% guarantee, but that is misleading. To return you have to pay 15% restocking fee and shipping. Very cost prohibited. So I'm stuck with an unattractive, uncomfortable sofa. And, the foot rests do not lift evenly on both sides. They will send our a repair person in a month. Buyer beware of satisfaction guarantee claim.

I was extremely disappointed in this loveseat. Despite having deep seats and an elegant design, the back cushion is nearly rock solid and the seat cushions quickly start sagging towards the center of the couch. I had the couch for several months over the winter and was the only person using it (180lb dude). The cushions sagging towards the center was the dealbreaker for me. No matter where you sit, you start falling in towards the middle gap between the cushions. I blame the lack of support there, as they didn’t add any cross beam in the center of the couch. Instead, there seemed to be springs stretched length wise.. very poor design. This was an expensive return. I was disappointed and surprised after reading so many great things about apt2b. Oh well.

I wish we hadn't bought this. I have to agree with the other bad reviews - the cushions aren't stuffed enough to stand up to normal wear and tear and the fabric looks horrible despite good care. We've had this couch for less than a year - delivered in June 2022 - and the couch already looks several years old. We have 3 small (less than 25lb) dogs along with me and my husband (each less than 200lbs) and the cushions are so deflated after regular use that we can feel the support/wood through them. The back cushions are so flattened that we literally can't even plump them up enough to hit the back of the couch. In addition to this the fabric, which was supposed to be good with pets, is fraying and pilled basically everywhere. It also shows stains pretty easily which is odd since we selected the Ash color. I wish we had selected a velvet fabric - I've had other Apt2B furniture with that type of fabric finish and those pieces held up really well. We've done our best to rotate cushions to help with both the flattening and fabric wear but that's not even an option with the ottoman/chaise since the cushion is attached so that part looks especially awful. I'm really disappointed in this couch, especially since I've bought 2 other Apt2B couches in the past that were/are (still have them!) great. Also, I special ordered a bench cushion and there were delivery issues with that - received it like 2months late which was disappointing. Anyways, definitely DO NOT buy this couch. I'll add photos later, but frankly they're embarrassing...

I’m looking to replace all the cushions. I’ve had it for just over a year and have regretted it since about 2 months after. The cushions sag and fall off, the base is sagging, the back cushions don’t hold any shape. Save you’re money and get something quality

We’ve had our Apt2b sofa for about a year and a half. My household consists of two average size adults, and we use the sofa daily. When it first arrived, the cushions were so firm that I was concerned they would be uncomfortable to sit on. My fears subsided as the cushions became less stiff during the first few weeks of use. However, after about 6 months, I noticed the bottom cushions already starting to have that tired, limp, unsupportive feel of worn out seat cushions, and now they are so worn that you can feel the couch frame through the cushions when sitting down. For a $2000 sofa, I expected much much better. I would absolutely not buy this sofa again. The velvet material is very nice (we got the cloud blue color), and the frame is holding up fine, but overall this was a bad purchase. There were also delays in production which I was not notified about. I had to call customer service and inquire about my sofa before I was informed that production was running behind schedule.

We got this sofa almost two years ago and we loved it. Absolutely loved it. I even left a really nice review about how much I loved it. In the last several months, the back springs have started creaking and the seat cushions are starting to flatten. I'm very disappointed. I tried calling Apt2b during normal business hours and the call went straight to a recording that said they couldn't be reached, no vm.

I purchased this couch in November of 2020 and it was finally delivered in February of 2021. I made the mistake of not requesting fabric swatches; instead, I ordered the color that the sofa was shown in and clearly it was a different fabric (woven) than what I got (microfiber). However, it is a nice rich color so I did not return it. Shortly after using the sleeper sofa for the first time, the couch started to squeak when you sat down. One end of the couch is much louder than the other end. The mattress is moderately comfortable for one night at a time. There is this cool thing where you can set the bedframe tilted up (about 30 degrees) at the top end - however that's how it arrived and I haven't been able to get the bedframe flat since. Cushions are not holding up as well as I would have expected for the money I spent; they 'sink' at the edges. Overall, I'm just not that happy with this purchase.
