I always spend so much time on Apt2B.com, it's so inspiring! I recently bought a pair of Pacific Chairs...they look great online, but they look and feel INCREDIBLE in person. They feel like $1500 chairs. I feel like I scored and I want to know how apt2b does it!! Thanks so much, love my new chairs!!!

I just got my Formosa sectional sofa from Apt2B and I couldn't be any happier. I loved browsing through the multiple options on their website and the checkout process was smooth. Shipping and delivery took much less than I expected and everyone from customer service to their delivery people were really nice, effective and courteous.
But, most importantly, the couch itself looks awesome, even better in person than in the website's pics! The quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship is great and it has improved the overall look of my living room by 100%.
You can tell Apt2B really cares about their business and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Apt2B is my first review - they were so great I couldn't help myself! I absolutely love the dresser I ordered, and when there was a crack in one of the doors Alex was 100% attentive and determined to get it fixed/replaced for me. On top of that, the delivery guys are the best. I could not have asked for better service, a better dresser, and for a better price. Thanks APT2B!!

I moved to LA a year ago, I didn't have much money but I needed a bed and the thought of sleeping on a used/furnished mattress was gross. Anyway, a friend tipped me off to these folks and I couldn't be happier. Delivered like literally at the time they said it would be. I only had experience buying a bed once before and it was a big store and you have to negotiate with the sales guy and all that. I didn't need the aggravation. Glad this was so easy. And I like buying from local businesses so it was a win win.

I've bought a few things from Apt 2B and everything was delivered in a timely fashion and my experience was solid. But I mainly write this review because of a large king size bedroom set I recently bought. I was hesitant at first to order such a large item online, but my previous smaller purchases went well so I decided to give it a try. Not only was the price right, but it was delivered quickly, and was installed and put together for me in about one hour. If there is something you see online that you like, especially big items, don't hesitate to buy them, that's my advice.

luck was on my side when i came across the westside sectional on apt2b.com. i had been swooning over a similar sectional online that was over twice the price. imagine my excitement when i learned that apt2b was not only within my budget, it was willing to accommodate customers outside of their local delivery range (LA area). score for me!
thanks to alex back, who provided exceptional service and clear communication, the entire transaction from start to finish was stress-free. production took a couple weeks but delivery was speedy. our sectional arrived yesterday and we couldn't be happier! quality and overall experience earned an easy A+. thank you apt2b!
