I'll admit that we were a little leery of ordering a sofa without being able to try it out in real-life because there are a lot of sofas out there that look awesome but are not comfortable at all (as we realized when we walked around some other furniture stores). We went with the Logan sofa in Chicago Blue and couldn't be happier. The color is great, it appears to be very well made and it is comfortable. We also bought a bed and some nightstands and were very happy and even happier because the delivery guys put them together for us - note, it took them over an hour to put together the bed so I'm glad they were there. Overall great experience and I'll definitely be back.

I was shopping with my wife online and saw a number of different stores with a whole bunch of options for new sofas. We were attracted to Apt2B's 100% satisfaction guarantee though since we wouldn't be able to sit on it first to test it out (makes it a whole lot easier if you know you can return it). But then we called the contact number and spoke to someone named Tony who was really helpful and he told us about a special event that they were running at a store in Los Feliz callee Co-op 28 and we live in Silverlake so that was perfect- we went down to the store and checked out a few sofas and different fabrics and even though the one we ended up getting (the Melrose) wasn't there, we were super happy to get an idea of the level of quality, etc. Our sofa just arrived a few weeks ago and is super cozy and looks like ones that we saw that were much more expensive. So thank you Tony and we'll be back in touch when we need to buy our new mattress (hopefully soon).

I searched and searched for the perfect couch and I'm beyond glad to have come across Apt2B - I already have a growing list of what to order next. I must say I was apprehensive about ordering online, sight unseen but when I emailed last, I was directed to a great little pop-up shop to see and sample some of the featured items. I almost immediately went home and ordered my couch and after only 2days I am convinced Apt2B is my greatest discovery since moving to LA! I have told all my friends about it and continue to speak highly when people compliment the sectional. Anyways, much thanks for the great products and awesome service!! Very happy with my decision to go with Apt2B. Ordered a bed during the Labor Day sale, a week later they it was delivered and set up. Turns out that for two years I thought my mattress was a Cal King when in fact its an Eastern King (I'm an idiot). Even though it was my mistake for ordering the wrong size, they came back a week later with the Eastern King with no hassle and no charge for the second delivery.

Knowing that if for any reason we weren't satisfied, the item could be returned for a full refund less delivery charges gave me peace of mind, especially since I was skeptical of buying a sofa I hadn't physically seen or sat in. After months of brick and mortar shopping, I can say that the Apt2B sofa is by far the best thing we'd seen at a very fair price. I never want to walk into another furniture showroom again!
