This review is for the initial customer service I had with Apt2B:
- Wanted to see the couches in person and they let me come to the warehouse to check it out. They were SO kind. Beyond hospitable. Tony S. helped me when I arrived (in the middle of his lunch break no less). So helpful.
- I wanted the Monroe sectional but didn't want a 3-peice so he emailed their factory contact and they were able to make a custom 2-peice sectional just for me at a lower price. Super accomodating!
- The warehouse had so many great samples which you'd normally get mailed to you but since I live in LA I just stopped by. Super helpful if you live in the area to see the great fabric options in person.
- Great prices. $500-$1k+ less than big box stores.
Unfortunatley, my experience ended there. The couch I had my heart set on was too big for my space :( Just wanted to let you all know there's great customer service behind that website.

I received by Logan 2pc sectional from Apt2B two weeks ago and I am so happy with the purchase. I was super annoying about the whole thing because it was a big purchase and I wanted it to be perfect. I asked to change the configuration of the chaise, I ordered almost every fabric swatch, I asked a million questions about the filling, and asked about 6 other couches I liked. Plus I ordered a Lake Isabella mattress and two bar stools for my kitchen. Through all of this, the guys at Apt2B were patient, understanding, and really nice. Once the couch arrived, I was so happy with my choice. The Woven Gravel color was perfect for the room, the chaise configuration is exactly what I wanted, and the couch is super comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my experience or purchases.
