Purchased the Logan Sofa in Chicago Blue. Color more gorgeous than I expected. The sofa is a perfect mid century mod style nd the quality of construction is amazing....I was hesitant at first because ordering online is a 50/50, so glad I took the chance....The customer rep Tony answered all my questions and made me fwll comfortable purchasing this sofa So wickedly please with both APT2B and their shipping company.

Fast shipping (way sooner than the activists ship date) and the items received were as described. I would highly recommend this seller.

I live in NJ. Apt2B is in California. Recipe for disaster? Nope. I've been searching for a nice small sofa forever. Didn't want a love seat (been there, done that). Finally hit on their website with a great selection of apartment size sofas. Sent away for swatches and chose the style. Ordered the sofa with fingers crossed on February 16 th during the Presidents Day sale. Delivered on March 12, white glove all the way. I love, love, love my new sofa. My friends thought ordering a sofa on- line without seeing it, and all the way from California, was insane! Now they're jealous.

I bought a couch and chair at one of the APT 2B warehouse sales. The couch was delivered to my new (and empty) apartment, which I did not move into for about a week. Upon moving in, I noticed that one of the legs on the couch was angled in and realized that the piece of wood into which the leg was screwed in was cracked. I called customer service and they asked me to send an email with pictures. I got an immediate response and they offered to send someone to repair the leg less than 24 hours later (on a Saturday!) The repair person had measured the broken piece on another identical couch and came with the replacement piece of wood so that it was fixed in an hour! I highly recommend APT 2B - fabulous customer service! A huge thanks to Tony from the warehouse sale as well as Tony #2 and Elbia from customer service!

They have a great customer service team so if trouble does arise they are very communicative and on top of it. I have dealt with Alex who has always been friendly and responsive. We bought the Melrose chaise sofa in woven graphite (I think... it was 3 years ago now) after seeing it numerous times in a pop-up location. Which was great because I sat on it. Hell, I laid on it, to make sure it was comfortable. I'm happy to report that over 3 years later this sectional sofa still looks great. We've of course rotated some cushions, etc. but overall this is one sturdy sofa which is well made. We've had it cleaned a few times because our dog's hair clings to it and it looks brand new again afterwards. We get compliments about it often.

I'm going to sum up my review before getting into the details. It's only been 3 days but it's beautiful! It's cozy yet firm, fabric is amazing, no regrets. Almost a year ago we came across apt2b within that same week they had a 20% off for Martin Luther day. We were surprised by such a great sale but had not gotten their free fabric sample, so we were scared to order. We really liked the Logan sectional, I sent them a email asking if other colors could be an option. Alex got back to me right away and said no worries, they would be happy to use any color we liked from their samples. I think I let him know that we would wait for another sale. He let me know that no other sales like the 20% would be anytime soon. And offered to extend the sale to us!!! I'm sorry but this is beyond great costumer service! And guess what we passed on it because we still didnt have the samples and to tell the truth we were still hoping we could find something at stores in town.We never did and so after deciding on color we waited for another sale. And waited... November... Thanksgiving friday they had 15% and we ordered. I think we got an email on 29 (?) to confirm our order, by December 10 it was ready to be shipped! we figured we would have it by Christmas. .. nope... I was surprised by how long but I guess with thanksgiving, Christmas, and new years I should not have been that surprised. I even emailed them which again they got back to me right away that there wasn't much they could do. To deliver from CA to Wisconsin during the hoildays. .. so we waited. Our schedule day was January 10th. We got a call the day before saying they could deliver that friday. January 9th we got our sofa. The delivery guys were great! fast with set-up. So happy we waited! This doesn't compare to anything we looked at store. We would have paid about the same for S/H even if we had found something near by. Every time I walk in the living room I can't help but smile. It's beautiful!
