The good reviews do not lie. NO words can express how great this company is! I was really hesitant to order online because it's pretty risky with anything especially furniture. Over this past year, we've purchased two Logan sofas from them.- one for me and one for my bf's place. The Logan Sofa... looks so amazing in person and is super comfortable. For how authentically chic and expensive it looks.. you really can't beat the price. Super competitive with West Elm and other retailers. It gets custom made, and they even made it in a fabric swatch they sent me that wasn't originally included on the website for that particular sofa.
And as for their customer service- EXCELLENT. Let's just say it's rare to have a customer service team that don't give you attitude and truly are looking to provide you reasonable service. I can go on..but I'll stop there.

My sectional sofa just arrived yesterday and it's gorgeous. The craftmanship of the sofa appears to be great and I am so glad with my decision. The wait was pretty long - I ordered the couch in late September so it took about a month and a half - but definitely worth it. Time will tell how this holds up but so far this seems like the best option for the best price. Do it!

I live in NJ. I just received my sofa chaise Melrose 107" and love seat and I love it, it is amazing quality!! I choose the dove color. It looks like linen. The seat cushions are so thick and rich looking. I am soooo glad I listened to all of your reviews especially the guy from NJ who bought one. Site unseen is very hard. I'm so glad you can get sample fabrics. That helped me tremendously when making my decisions. :-)
