Definitely recommend the fabric swatches. Made choosing my sofa and chair a lot easier and their free. They ship priority mail so they get to me quick. It was raining so some were a little wet because the envelope wasn't fully sealt but it was nice fabric, great quality. I workd in a clothing company for a long time and know good materiels.

I ordered some 24" h bronze stools from someone else. The extra height of the OXFORD makes it feel like a grown ups stool rather than the kiddie bar. Also the gunmetal finish is pretty close to a raw industrial steel look where the bronze just looks like powder coating trying to look like something cool. I built the legs on my island out of actual raw steel and these stools are right next to them and they match well enough. Glad I returned the others.

I had a problem with my delivery - they wanted to deliver on days that I couldn't be at home (I work 9-6 most days) but I contacted the customer service and they atually helped me schedule with the delivery service. The delivery service was not that easy to deal with (of course) (is there a delivery service with great communication skills in this world?) but the cust service team definitely helped smooth things out.

worth ordering a sofa unseen? YES I'm going to sum up my review before getting into the details. It's only been 3 days but it's beautiful! It's cozy yet firm, fabric is amazing, no regrets. Almost a year ago we came across apt2b within that same week they had a 20% off for Martin Luther day. We were surprised by such a great sale but not yet ordering thier free fabric samples we were scared to order. We really liked the Logan sectional but not so much the colors. I sent them a email asking if other colors could be an option. Alex beck got back to me right away and said no worries, they would be happy to use any color we liked from their samples. I think I let him know that we would wait for another sale. He let me know that no other sales like the 20% would be anytime soon. And offered to extend the sale to us!!! I'm sorry but this is beyond great costumer service! And guess what we passed on it because we still didnt have the samples and to tell the truth we were still hoping we could find something at stores in town. We never did and so after deciding on color we waited for another sale. And waited... November... Thanksgiving friday they had 15% and we ordered. To put the sectional together 2-3 weeks. I think we got an email on 29 (?) Maybe it was monday but by December 10 it was ready to be shipped! we figured we would have it by Christmas. .. nope... I was surprised by how long but I guess with thanksgiving, Christmas, and new years I should not have been that surprised. I even emailed them which again they got back to me right away that there wasn't much they could do. To deliver from CA to Wisconsin during the hoildays. .. so we waited. Our schedule day was January 10th, Saturday. We got a call the day before saying they could deliver that friday. January 9th we got our sofa. The delivery guys were great! Quite and fast with set-up. So happy we waited! This doesn't compare to anything we looked at store. We would have paid about the same for S/H even if we had found something near by. Every time I walk in the living room I can't help but smile. It's beautiful! Update: It still looks new. We have two boys and a golden retriever. Since December 2015, this sofa has had sippy cup spills and leaky diapers, food and lots dog hair but it's still impressive. No stains showing, no indents, no fabric pulling or any defect. No regrets ordering a sofa sight unseen. A bit scary as I'm sure you are if your looking for reviews on apt2B. Great company - you won't regret it.

4.5 rating. It took a little longer than expected for the sofa to arrive. Its lines are clean, it is fairly firm and good to sit on as well as nice to look at. Although there was a vast array of colors to choose from, I did not see a color I truly wanted and so I settled for the firewood shade (which was fine). Delivery was great and hassle-free. It's definitely great to have a store that caters to smaller living spaces. I would definitely shop here again.
