This is just one part of the sectional we purchased in late 2021. We ordered the free swatches and it helped a lot to decide what texture and color was right for us. We love our couch. All our visitors feel comfortable and the fabric has held up nicely. Occasionally my kids won't sit on it because they might fall asleep during their shows. It's that comfortable. One or two pillows are a little squished. Those are the pillows in the coveted spots. Overall I'm happy with our investment. We wanted a couch that would accommodate a growing family and not have to be replaced quickly. When the season changes from winter to spring I can smell a wonderful natural wood scent in my living room. We love our sectional.

I gave this couch a 5 star and labeled it the best because when I wrote a 1 star review, they wouldn't post it. Within 1 week, the cushions were flat and disfigured. The performance material that we got is easily stainless, collects dog fur, and now the fabric is becoming worn and fluffy, probably from vacuuming. We contacted apt2b 2 weeks after receiving it to see if we could get a refund or any exchange. They said no because it wasn't in like new condition. The only reason we wanted to return it is because it's not in like new condition after 1 week. This place is a joke. Don't let the price fool you, it is low quality furniture, and they do not stand behind it for a reason. Also, it's extremely misleading to only allow 4 or 5 star reviews.

I've had my sleeper since 2018 and love it. I've slept on it once w/o any issues and all of my guests say it's surprisingly comfortable. We use it almost daily for tv watching. The cushions are slouching a little but they fluff right up. It's very easy to clean up after my dog sleeps on it. I would buy this again. It's unfortunate the price has doubled since I bought it in 2018. Hopefully the quality is the same.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this, and so far I feel mixed. I had a tuxedo custom made for the dimensions of our room. The customer service team and the actual product delivery timeline and delivery was all excellent. I spoke to CS multiple times about fabric, as I was going from leather to upholstery with a dog and a child and was quite nervous. We chose the Mountain Grey woven fabric and it does not appear as dark all over the couch as it does on a small swatch. It has some pilling which is to be expected, we haven’t used a fabric shaver on it yet. Our golden retriever’s hair vacuums off easily and is difficult to see on the couch unless the sun is shining in the right way. My daughter fell asleep on the couch once and had a potty accident about a month after we received it. I was able to easily clean the cover in the washing machine. The fabric has been a good choice for our family. One thing I was very concerned about is durability of the cushions. I’ve had issues with a couch losing the “cush” of cushions very quickly after receiving it. I like to sit in the corner and the cushions in that corner are not easily rotated without looking aesthetically wonky. We’ve had our couch almost 2 years and I sit in that corner every single day, if I average it out, probably for an hour each day. I weigh about 210 and I’m happy to report that although the cushion in the area I sit the most has softened (as well as the area my husband sits), they are still plush and comfortable. The area we don’t sit on as much still has a slightly more firm feel. So I am very pleased with the durability of the seat cushions. It is a very comfortable couch. The negative for me is that about 5 months into receiving the couch, we began hearing loud cracking and creaking noises when sitting down, standing up, or shifting. We have had two different repair companies come out under warranty, and aside from adjusting the connecting pieces (which helped some), neither could pinpoint the source of the sound. This has worsened over time and I’m considering putting in another warranty claim. I’ve never had a coach make so much noise, and I’ve sat on some old couches. I will say one of the repair men who came out commented on how well made the couch seemed to be. He was surprised at the quality. Overall I’m fairly happy. I love the ease of customization, the speed of delivery, the comfort of the couch and durability of the fabric. I’m disappointed it began making noises less than a year into ownership. I’m not sure if I would order from Apt2B again.

Picture 1 is the day the sofa was delivered, picture 2 is today with minimal tidying. Overall, I'm happy with this sofa! It's beautiful and has held up well so far with a family that pretty much beat our old Ikea couch to death. (RIP Stocksund 3.5 seater sofa, forever in our hearts.) We have a young child and 4 cats, and the fabric resists claw marks and just shrugs off cat hair and stains. And that COLOR!! Flamingo performance velvet. I'm still in love. We chose Apt2b because of the highly rated customer service and the vibrant colors, both of which lived up to expectations. The couch is also comfortable for everything from working from home to napping. The couch feels well made...mostly. This is where I took off a star. The chaise section doesn't quite fit seamlessly against the rest of the couch, and within a couple of months it started creaking whenever someone sat down or got up from it. There's a noticeable ridge under the cushions between the chaise and the rest of the couch, and the chaise cushion is much more prone to stuffing migration than the other cushions, which gives it a softer feel. The couch also has about 4" of gapping between the cushions and the arms of the couch, which has been there since day 1. The upside is the cushions are sturdy enough that they haven't lost their shape and filled that gap, but we do have to shove pillows into the sides to keep the cushions from migrating. The gap also contributes to the chaise cushion moving around and sitting askew most of the time. If I was ordering a couch from Apt2b now, I would consider the Samson again but would probably go with a regular couch and an ottoman instead of one with a chaise.

This is a great sectional! Very comfortable and so far, at almost a year, very durable. Love the performance woven fabric (Harbor). It's so easy to wipe down and it doesn't attract lint or hair. The couch is a great size for stretching out and the chaise part is such a lovely feature. Assembly was very easy and delivery went well.

Good quality construction and material, although the foam "upgrades" mattress is horrible. My long-term guest could not stand sleeping on it. No support at all. Should not be used as a solution for a sleeper sofa.

We’ve had our melrose sectional for almost 3 years now and it’s held up amazingly! Let’s start with the good. I love the way it looks. We get tons of compliments on it. We have three cats and they aren’t able to scratch the velvet material up. Any stains or messes are easily wiped off with a damp cloth. The two normal cushions are so comfortable and soft. This couch is also really comfortable to nap or spend the night on. Now the bad, the sectional/chaise part of our couch is a huge let down for us. It is so uncomfortable we never use that seat - 1/3 of our couch. The largest cushion is overly firm and the ottoman base is not level with the couch. This causes our feet to be elevated. It kind of feels like you are sitting on a hill with your feet pointed towards to top. Very uncomfy! Overall, this couch is good. I wouldn’t purchase again but I’m not rushing to get a new couch. If the chaise section part was softer and level it would be perfect.

Bought this sofa for a condo living room that’s tricky to decorate due to having three wide entryways. The idea was for the sofa to be the focal point in a room with lots of art. It is just that! The cushions make the sofa a tad higher than I anticipated, but that’s on me. It’s comfy, Inlove the almost tweedy fabric, and I know I will spend many hours reading and watching TV on it!

Great color, size shape and fits my apartment perfect. My puppy tried to chew it and it’s pretty study. Almost two years later still happy with my purchase.
