We absolutely love the quality of this sofa! We've now had it for over a year and its been great, very resistant to cat scratches and stains and very comfortable. We love that we can change the configuration around too to accommodate our Christmas decorations.

This is the highest quality sofa we have ever owned. We just bought a very expensive sofa from Bassett and this little sofa to our spare room. Both sofas are incredibly well made but I think this one is even better! You guys make ver best furniture! I’m sure we will get another one. Thank you!

It's nice and comfortable, but sitting in the chaise is more comfortable. Seems like when I do the bottom of chaise pops up. I did send a note stating that I did not want the tufting where we sit, but that was not responded to or done. The color is gorgeous, it's soft. but I wish it was just a little firmer. I might have to buy something to get that done.

I love my new couch. I was a little worried about paying so much for an online couch without a test drive, but it was a good purchase! The pull out bed is easy to work and the mattress is very comfortable ( I got the premium one). The delivery guys were great. I didn't pay for the extra delivery services as it was going in the same room where it was delivered.

I can not recommend this sofa more. It is that rare product that looks and feels better than the pictures on line. It is beautiful, soft and cushiony and luxurious and sturdy. This sofa is high quality.

My Haden sofa was just delivered and I am very happy with it. The fabric is very nice, I got the gray color and it's a light, snowy gray and feels substantial. I am 5'3" and it fits me perfectly with great lower back support. The seat is firm yet soft and comfortable. Feels well made. I had to ask customer service a question and they were prompt and helpful. The delivery guys were also great!

because this loveseat is absolutely amazing! It fits nicely into my micro 1 bed condo, but is still big enough to lounge around. And it's comfortable! Seriously, if you're thinking about this I highly recommend getting one before they're all gone.

The bright pink Saxon love seat is more of a fuschia than a nice bright pink. The trim looks redder than the rest of the couch. The edging along the cushion front is bunched up and very poorly sewn and made. It does not by any means looks sleek--it looks clunky. Mine has 2 different colors on the arm rest fronts which just adds to the cheap look. There is NO returns allowed. They just send you a lot of excuses about how wrong you are when you try to resolve an issue and then they just stop communicating. It's plain old ugly--don't order it or anything you may want to return. I will post pictures on facebook so that you won't have the same bad experience I had. Deb / June 2024
