I just absolutely love this chair, it is the best accent to any room, in fact I am going to order another one.

Beautiful color (Chicago Blue), delivered quickly and easy assembly. The only reason I didn't give this sofa 5 stars is because it isn't comfortable and is very, very firm. Bought a bunch of throw pillows, maybe that will make a difference.

I bought the Lexington sofa after months of debating whether an online purchase of this magnitude was the smart thing to do. I knew at first sight when unloading on the delivery truck my color choice (green apple) was perfect. I waited to provide a review to see if that instant moment of satisfaction would last, and it has. Months later I'm still loving my sofa! It's a really good quality product and exceeds my expectations. I've even slept on it a few nights for the fun of it! It's a firmer style sofa but that's what I wanted. I was tired of slouching and getting bad posture in my old couch. I'll gladly do business with Apt2B in the future.

I’ve had this sofa in peacock velvet for two years and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and durable. Even when my cat had a minor accident, the fabric and cushion held up beautifully through aggressive (but careful) cleaning and flushing with water. If ever there are spills or marks, they come up easily without trace. There is some slightly uneven wear on the chaise cushion, which I’m remedying by turning for a bit even though that shows the exposed zipper. Overall, getting such a high-quality piece of furniture custom made so quickly was a miracle. Delivery was perfect too.

Customer service and the white glove delivery were efficient and communicative.. The couch is wonderfully firm in a good way, and I have fallen asleep on it multiple times. The color is vibrant and the couch is easy to clean. The mechanism for the pull-out bed is a little tricky to figure out at first. My main complaint is about the buttons that are constantly getting caught on my skin, clothes, and blankets. This occurs due to the weight/pressure on the cushion, which increases the space between the button and the thread. This occurs with just one person (<200 lbs) sitting down. I am afraid that the buttons will catch on to something, so I reached out to customer service, which provides free repairs for up to 1 year after delivery. Next time, I will not choose a cushion with buttons.

It’s been a little over a year since my delivery. There are two people in my household. We haven’t sat on the sectional each day, but rather occasionally. This sectional was actually a replacement/exchange of my initial order which was an identical. The first was exchanged out due to a defect. The replacement is not as comfortable as the original item. The replacement has a sinking spot on one area of the sectional and a few of the back pillows are overstuffed and uncomfortable. I’m assuming the sinking area may be a defect. At the time of my purchase the Snowfall fabric was available and that’s what I chose. It shouldn’t have been named “Snowfall”. It should have been named Vanilla Ice Cream because that’s the true color of the fabric. I can’t stand the color! It’s so yellow! The Snowfall color was described as being a warm white but it gives off a light yellowish tone. The tone doesn’t really show up in the website’s online photos. I would prefer something more light grey/beige. I don’t even like the texture of the fabric either. I’ve deducted 2 stars due to the options of fabrics available. It would be nice to see some nice neutral linen. Something soft besides microfiber and velvet. I’m considering having my sectional reupholstered. I shouldn’t have to do that considering all the money I’ve spent. Apt2b has nice furniture, good customer service, but lacks in fabrics options.

I love our new sectional. It’s well made and fits perfect in a smaller odd shaped family room. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because they didn’t ship the pieces with both brackets on to connect them. I had to install a bracket myself and they forgot the screws when they sent the bracket. All in all, no buyers remorse, because we love it so much..
