Note to those to anyone that wants to buy a couch from this company. The tufted buttons on their couches are extremely uncomfortable. We purchased a Lexington couch on Black Friday and once setting up and sitting on it we immediately found out the tufted buttons would pop out into your bottom and constantly get caught on clothes, to the point where they are nearly falling off the couch. It's just a matter of time before they all rip off. It's a bad design. Which his unfortunate as the couch is otherwise perfect. After contacting customer service, we were informed if you want non-tufted cushions, that'll be the cost of a new couch and "buttons getting caught is not a defect, it is the nature of tufted seat." In our negligence as first-time couch buyers, I guess we should have bought the couch from a local furniture store where you can actually sit on the product as we are basically SOL now. I understand they have policies and that's fine, but don't tell people that buttons on couches are supposed to malfunction and be uncomfortable by design. That's just really bad. Was definitely hoping for more on a $2,000 couch.

Still waiting on delivery so I can’t rate the couch, but once I placed my order, checking status required calling the company which is not convenient. Deli every company sent a text on wed saying coming Thursday in middle of the day. How is that supposed to work when people have jobs? They rescheduled and already canceled that and are now not coming until mlk day. It’s been frustrating. Couch better be amazing.

My main point of contact was Candace Hall. I want to preface this with the fact that customer service representatives at Apt2B were all friendly and cordial and prompt with their responses. However, there were some communication breakdowns that made the overall experience extremely unpleasant. I was told on December 3rd that I will be contacted if the shipping company had more information about the possible damage to the sofa, or if the sofa was ready for redelivery. I have been contacted about not such thing. Note that this whole process was started in late November.

Bad experience overall. 3-5 day shipping from warehouse is quite deceptive. Took over a month to arrive. When did it sofa couch was broken. Refused delivery. Ugh. What a mess. Waiting on full refund?

My question wasn't answered and they still haven't responded.

I Ordered Cobalt Velvet, Apt. Size, Delilah Sofa, August 3, 2019, during an Apt2B sale that was ending August 6. Usually I would order swatches but they would have arrived after the sale was over. Unfortunately I was ignorant of what Cobalt Blue looked like and felt confident, I could count on Apt.2B's import into your room app. The color imported as Cobalt Blue was a light color blue, that I liked the best. It was in keeping with my creating an upbeat light look, I was looking for in my no natural sunlight apt. In 3 discussions with Candace, she was not particularly empathic in understanding why I felt that Apt.2B's import app was a very significant reason for my mistake. She believes the see it in my room app. Is not for viewing what a particular color will look like in your room, which is what I used it for, but only as a will it fit tool, as in will it fit into my space. That is ridiculous. I knew it fit my space, because I used the measurements provided by Apt2B and simply measured out the 74" length and 37"width on the wall it was going, and then taped the ground to see the space it would take up. That's how I knew it fit. While I realize the color I see on my screen may be a little darker or lighter than the actual color, I knew it would look pretty much like it. I was willing to accept within reason a little difference, since I was skipping the swatch. Real Cobalt Blue however looks nothing like the light Blue, that imported into my room as Cobalt Blue. In anycase, I received the real Cobalt Blue and have adjusted to it and the strategy changes I need to make the color work optimally in my space. Thankfully I truly like darker blues, just didn't choose it based on what I was shooting for. Don't think my picture went through but it's of the light blue color, imported as Cobalt Blue. I emailed it to Candace, mid Sept in our email exchange. You can see it there. I did receive the swatches she then sent me, which conf. I received, actual Cobalt Blue color.

Quick shipment took almost 1 month! Delivery was not scheduled well and they are rude people working for delivery company. The customer service is not helpful at all. The quality of the sectional is not that good. I will not suggest buying anything here!

Decided to go with a cheaper option for a guest room and disappointed. Descent construction for the price and the chocolate framing is finished well but the MDF/walnut finish drawers look like a sticker. Not a wood finish at all. By the time you pay to ship it back for a return you might as well have bought a nicer table to begin with.
