I'd love to review my sofa which was ordered in early August and was supposed to arrive on September 25, 2020, but I just received a phone call from the delivery company informing me that my sofa is in North Carolina (I'm in Missouri) and the soonest it could be delivered is October 20, almost a month from now. I paid extra for white glove delivery and am now somewhat concerned considering my sofa went from California to North Carolina and will now sit in a warehouse for close to 30 days before it is scheduled to be delivered. It is unacceptable to pay a significant amount of money for a product, be given a delivery date, then have that date cancelled, with the next available date almost a month later.

I posted a review earlier. I answered the email to verify my post. My review is still not up. It’s possible that this company only post positive reviews. I am very disappointed in the Taylor sectional. While the fabric is of good quality, the construction is not. The chairs are relatively flimsy; I even had one that wasn’t level, requiring the placing of some cardboard under one of the feet to keep it from rocking. The cushions are thinly stuffed, and not supportive or particularly comfortable. This sectional is a poor value. I expect much better quality at this price. I hope this review is posted.

This chair broke twice during the first few months that we have owned it, the last time the leg shearing completely off the base. We are not heavy and hard on our furniture, this piece was just held together by a few staples, and it crashed and burned. Don't recommend, at all. Such a waste of money and time.

Just want we wanted but the weave falls apart.Purchases two and one started falling apart in 3 weeks, we got a replacement and that one is now falling apart a month later.
