This was my first purchase from Apt. 2B and it was a huge disappointment because the legs don't lock into place so that they wiggle around and point in all different directions. This makes the chair look shabby and -- even worse-- it collapses when the legs are out of synch (which is half the time). This seems like terrible UX for a chair that costs over $1K. I've been coveting the Carson sofa but based on this leg problem I'm gun shy to buy anything from Apt. 2B.

Within two months since delivery the bottom of the fabric is started detaching from the back bottom corner of the sofa — which is something I’ve never experienced on much cheaper pieces let alone something of this price point

Pictures are worth 1000 words. The paint job on this seemed rushed and you can tell by how badly it came out, the paint transitions are just horrible. It’s not something I would hang on my wall because you can clearly tell that it is not quality work and I would hate to see it every day. I contacted customer service and still no response after a week of waiting. The initial response was to tell me I am responsible for paying for shipping the art work back. Don’t waste your time and money on purchasing art on here and avoid going through what seems like the beginning of runaround.

I was definitely disappointed that this rug measures ~7' 6" x 9' 5" since it does not replace our previous rug and we're having to cut a standard sized rug pad.

This bar cart is cute, and the rattan shelf is pretty unique. Something fairly significant that's not noted in the description (I found this out via an extended exchange with customer service) is that the black finish is apparently meant to be scratched up with iron showing through, and looks used. It's not super noticeable from afar. The quality isn't great -- it's fine -- but for $400, I would've expected more.

When I ordered this couch it was in stock and still took a few weeks to get here. Upon arrival it was damaged. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until the day after it was delivered and a friend noticed the frame was broken (I had thought the cushions were just wonky at the time). I was told it should be an easy fix and that they should be able to send someone to fix it and it shouldn't be necessary to replace it. I waited 4 weeks for someone to come fix it. He looked at it and let me know if he fixed it, it would just break again in about a year so it needed to be replaced. I'm now in my apartment for over a month with nowhere to sit. I am beyond frustrated.

The couch is fine, with a nice velvet fabric and color, but the arm rests don't have enough padding. This means that you can feel a hard edge if you lead or lay against them. Two pillows are included, probably to make up for this, but they take up too much room on a loveseat. Would not have bought this couch if I had been able to try it out beforehand.

This sofa is absolutely beautiful, but that’s about all it is. I have had this sofa for not even one year, and it is EXTREMELY noisy and creaks no matter where you sit on it. There is no reason why a couch this new, and expensive should make this much noise when a 120 lb person sits on it. It’s comfortable to sit on for a couple hours, but this isn’t one of the couches you can take a nap on and netflix on for hours. If you need a couch for staging or just for looks, this is perfect. Don’t expect to lounge around, and be prepared to deal with lots of creaking noises whenever you make the slightest movement.

This throw is so pretty. I was so happy when I opened it. But that happiness started to disappear quickly. It's fringy. And threads were dropping all over the floor. I've had many fringe things. I know they shed. But this one was excessive. I decided to go ahead and wash it to see if that would help. My wash machine was full of threads when I went to put it on the dryer. Then came the dryer. OMG!! Less than 10 minutes into drying I opened it to make sure it was ok. The lint filter was already so full that lint was gathering outside the filter. I emptied it, restarted it and checked it every 5 to 8 minutes to empty the lint filter. I emptied it 5 times before it was dry. The lint didn't end there. I layed it over the back of the couch and lint was all over the couch. So I had to vacuum the couch. I threw it back in the dryer on air fluff on a 10 minute cycle. I did this for 2 hours straight. Emptying the filter at the end of each 10 minute cycle. I finally stopped doing it because other people needed to use the dryer. I have never seen anything lose so much lint in my life. After all that time in the dryer, we took it outside to shake. Holy cow. Fine lint filled the sky like dust. Seriously insane. For now it's thrown in my leather Jensen couch. At least I won't have to vacuum it like I did my fabric one. I do disappointed. It's so pretty. The second photo I've included is just some of the lint that came off of that blanket.

We received our sectional about a month ago and it squeaks so loudly every time you sit down or get up on the chaise lounge portion of the couch. Were only two average size people, and we've been very gentle with our new couch. Given how much we spent on it, we are very disappointed. It has great style but poor functionality. We won't be purchasing again from Apt2b.
