I bought the Lexington chaise sofa nearly two years ago and the velvet is gorgeous - but at this point it makes noise every time I sit down or move, it’s not held up very well at all!

We had these stools in both chair size and counter stool size and the PU material started to rub off within about a year. Super disappointing as they looked nice for a while but eventually all the chairs started to lose their fabric in the corners and edges.

I was so excited for this piece as it would have perfectly fit with the decor of our living room. Unfortunately, the build quality is extremely lacking. On our model, one of the doors wouldn't close without rubbing the top. The interior shelf is not reinforced at all and bends with minimal pressure. I wouldn't trust it to hold anything heavy for any amount of time. The interior of the doors and the shelves are also extremely rough. My microfiber cloth was getting caught on the wood as I tried to wipe dust off of it. Luckily APT2B customer service was really great about allowing us to exchange this item for another without having to pay any return fees. We love our Midtown Media Cabinet :)

I purchased this couch through the website, and initially, it told me it would ship within 3-5 days. Miraculously it was out of stock, and I had to wait a couple of months before it came in - no big deal given the state of the World. But I found that suspicious as this was not the first time it had happened to me using this site on a separate sofa purchase. The couch finally arrived, and the color somehow was utterly skewed from the color swatch I ordered. Once it was in the living room, it looked more of a green-hued gray. The quality of the couch is terrible. Sitting on this sofa feels like there is plastic inside the cushion and does not feel worth what you pay. You can feel the cardboard-like material under the fabric as it gives when you push yourself up off the couch since it sits incredibly low to the ground. Other issues were with the armrest as it started to fray, the cushions turned into flat giant frisbees, and the fabric began to buckle along the joints of the front of the couch, all within the first two months on a $3500 couch. The back of the sofa is low, so the cushions fall back, and after a long period of sitting/ relaxing on the couch, it begins to dig Into your back, and you're ultimately just uncomfortable. I wanted to like this couch but returned it before my 100-day trial. I contacted customer support and informed them I wished to return the sofa. After reading that it is hassle-free and has a 100-day return policy, it will cost you. The company charges you for shipping (~$600) and a 15% "re-stocking" fee. How Ridiculous on a 100-day trial! This can be found under their "Legal Mumbo Jumbo" section, which shouldn't be hidden from the consumer! If the company is going to advertise "hassle-free" and "100-day trial", it implies that there are no monetary costs associated with returning the product. To me, it seems that this company is run out of an apartment in LA with a few employees and the markup on the overseas manufactured furniture and their bogus fees is what keeps them afloat. Buyer Beware!

It looks real good in the box. But unfortuneately it does not come assembly instructions. The text support is unable to assist, so you have to email and it takes a day for them to respond. So now, I have no table to eat at. I just have an open box. I have a pretty good idea as to how to put the item together, but I spent over a $1000 on this item, I just want to make sure I am doing things correctly. This is so frustrating.

I received my Saxon chair on Tuesday and it’s a mess. There is a gouge and extreme fabric marring on the back and top of the chair, and the back cushion is so overstuffed that the chair is uncomfortable to sit on. I bought the chair to float in the room and it looks like it’s 5 years old already and ready to be replaced.

I have yet to receive the couch, however, I am leaving a 1 star on the service and false claims of a 3-5 week lead time. Yes, my couch was built in 3-5 weeks but I am still waiting for shipment from an order I placed the first week of April. Their use of budget delivery carriers is unacceptable for a $3000+ couch. The order "shipped" in early May but the carrier is waiting for the trailer to be filled to capacity until they will delivery from LA to Phoenix. AND THEN I will still have to wait for them to unload and schedule delivery to my home. All in all a 3-5 week lead time has now turned into an estimated 13 weeks at minimum before I receive my couch. Again, may be a great couch but their choice of fulfillment to their customers for a "high end" product is pretty poor. I will update as things progress.

The best thing about the bench is how it looks in our place. It matches what it looks like on the site and the fabric is soft and plush. The issues we came across was poor packaging - box was almost in pieces, screws were missing and some pieces fell off (stoppers on lid had broken off in transit). Also, the quality of construction was not reflective of the price paid. We purchased this to replace a $100 target bench and the target bench felt higher quality despite being 1/8th the price. Ultimately, we've been satisfied with the purchase since we cared most about the style. That being said, if the same style was available from another manufacturer I would likely go with them next time.

This table is so wobbley. It is so unsturdy, I can't trust it to hold my coffee. The wood is beautiful but the process used to attached the legs to the top, did not hold up in shipping. They say hassle free returns but it's a pain. They sent me a replacement and it was worst than the first one. I'm taking like 4 inches of movement. They wanted me to pay to return it so I opted to just keep it to get it repaired. Do not buy this product. I do not know how they sell these for $400. I'm very unsatisfied with this table. I'm sure it was great when it left the warehouse but the packaging and shipping method does not work.

Hi, I wanted to love this couch. It matches the look in terms of size and overall design exactly as pictured. This is what the two stars is for. Sadly, the lack of the 3 remaining stars are due to the following issues. What they don’t tell you is when you sign stating it’s delivered that it means you’re signing saying it’s in perfect condition. We didn’t pay for the “install / set up” just the deliver it to the room. So there was no chance the delivery guys were going to wait while we cut it all open + put legs on + test the recliner. There is a hole (we did not make). We opened everything with a knife and that kind of whole is not a “stabbed with the end of a knife once” kinda whole. The color looks like a dark gray color. I added a dark color leather skirt for reference with and without flash. The last and saddest issue is the recliner broke on second use. You can see the difference in the hinges between the left and the right. We have no clue what we did wrong as there’s nothing under the couch blocking it. It worked the first time fine. So them setting it up wouldn’t have helped us anyway.
