I've had this couch for a year and a half. I meant to write this review last year but then life happened. Overall, I'm incredibly disappointed with this couch because it had so many good reviews and I had such high expectations. The good: - The performance velvet fabric has lived up to its name. My dog threw up on the couch and we were able to wipe it up no problem, and you can't even tell. - The couch is comfortable. Some reviews mentioned the couch is firm, and while it's definitely not a "sink into it" couch, I'm pretty averse to truly firm couches and I think this couch is very comfortable. The bad: - As other reviewers have mentioned, this couch wobbles and feels unstable. One of the legs is crooked, which is what is leading to this issue. I have screwed in this leg as tightly as I possibly can, so it's not that the leg is loose. The hole that the leg threads into was not drilled straight so the leg does not sit straight. It's kind of difficult to see in the pictures, but I think the angle of the leg is perceptible. I mean, the couch is not going to collapse but it's annoying and makes the couch feel flimsy and cheap. - The seat cushion is a full FOUR INCHES too small! Even though I have tried to center it to make the gap less noticeable, it works its way toward one end of the couch so that the full gap is on one side and the bolster cushion falls in. I haven't noticed this issue in other review photos, so maybe my couch just slipped past quality control. But honestly, for a couch this expensive, it's ridiculous. This was not a cheap couch, but boy does it feel like one. I'm very disappointed and really wish I had gone with another brand,.

We’ve had the sectional for about 10 months and it has been a disappointing purchase at over $3000. It has no support and while I understood it had feathers, the addition of “foam” should provide some support. I do not feel any foam in the cushions. It has to be fluffed regularly to maintain shape and eliminate the “sink” that develops in the middle of each cushion. We have two cats, and the fabric acts like Velcro for their hair. Threads also pull out easily, so if you catch anything on it, the thread will pull. Finally, be aware it is very low to the ground. My husband can’t sit on it because he can’t get up from it.

We've had our Apt 2B custom Melrose sectional for 9 months, order late November 2021, received in early February of 2022. We ordered a round corner with a right and left two seat section for each side. The couch fits perfectly in the space and is very comfortable. I'm already concerned about the longevity of the sectional. The cushions are misshapen leaving weird gaps . The velvet fabric was depicted as durable for pets however its very hard to to remove the short dog hair from it. For the price point I do not recommend this sectional due to concerns of longevity and difficulty cleaning short dog hair from the fabric.

This an attractive chair but the armrests and back are not designed for comfort. This would be ok for very occasional use but it is not a functional desk chair. This is my first purchase from APT 2B and when read the fine print of the return policy I was very disappointed to see that it is a very cumbersome process and there appears to be a re-stocking fee, as well. We were planning on ordering 2 sofas from this seller but we're so disappointed we will have to look elsewhere.

We were disappointed in this sofa for price. The feathers were constantly coming out and it was hard and uncomfortable all around. Waste of money.

Quite definitively one of the worst purchases I have ever made. No exaggeration, every time I think of this couch and how badly it missed my expectations, I get upset. I was very excited about this sofa when I first ordered it but after almost 1.5 years into owning it, I may have to fully replace it. The seat cushion I received was defective and somehow left a large gap in between it and the arm rest no matter how many times I adjusted it. I was able to get a free replacement, however the tufting on the replacement was non existent (I was told this would correct itself over time, SPOILER: it didn't) and lo and behold, I ended up having the same exact issue with the gap. Not sure why it "shrinks" or shifts, but it is extremely tacky looking and embarrassing to have guests over. Moreover, the cushion has already lost a button (which I may add can be pretty uncomfortable to sit on). I saw a neighbor had trashed the same exact sofa (triggering!) and I'm pretty sure it's not just me.

I love the cabinet itself, but it arrived with a large gouge our of the top edge and both the doors are chipping around their edges.

I’ve wait months and to do this review. But I really hate this couch. I don’t recommend feather couches. The feathers don’t come out often with this one but it’s so flat!!! Even after you fluff it. I feel like they were skimpy on the feathers with this one. But to start off I got this couch and when I received it, literally got all of it except the middle piece came in a color they didn’t even offer on their site and I waited a month for the couch. So I had to wait for the middle piece. Which apt2b was pretty quick about. But because that happened the middle piece is literally the best filled Cushion. It actually keeps it shape, the others are like pillow cases! Thank god the frame has that foam backing. My kids seem to like to sit on that rather than the flat cushions. It’s also really low to the ground. Don’t recommend.

After doing much research, I finally landed on this sofa. Steer clear. It is by far the worst furniture purchase we have ever made. I will say that it looks nice, but the positives end at that. Not only do the modular sections not stay together (even on a rug), it is extremely uncomfortable. The down cushions are not filled enough or large enough. You can feel the wood framing through the cushions—both on the seat and the back. You can’t lie down or sit “between” the sections without feeling the entire wood frame. After emailing customer service, they kindly sent connector pieces, to keep it together better, but there is no helping how uncomfortable it is. Upon sending a video to show the issues, they suggested we purchase a bench cushion or have current cushions filled elsewhere to avoid feeling the hard wood of the frame. I truly question if the positive reviews are legit, or if the quality has quickly become this bad? We have now had it for 6 months and can’t believe we are in a situation where we need to buy a new sofa because this $4,000+ one is so beyond uncomfortable. I rarely write reviews, but hopefully this will save others a lot of money and headache.

Have this sofa for not even two weeks. It looks and feels beautiful however the filling is not up to standard being 150 pound person after sitting on it for a few minutes it dips. Thinking that a $4500 sofa should be more durable. I am worried about the life of these cushions and although I have been told that I can refill them independently, not really what I was looking for in this price range. You can see the middle seat has not been sat on and it remains fluffy while the first picture shows A pretty obvious dip. I have ordered another couch which I’m awaiting, now really worried about its quality
