We got this sofa almost two years ago and we loved it. Absolutely loved it. I even left a really nice review about how much I loved it. In the last several months, the back springs have started creaking and the seat cushions are starting to flatten. I'm very disappointed. I tried calling Apt2b during normal business hours and the call went straight to a recording that said they couldn't be reached, no vm.

I purchased this couch in November of 2020 and it was finally delivered in February of 2021. I made the mistake of not requesting fabric swatches; instead, I ordered the color that the sofa was shown in and clearly it was a different fabric (woven) than what I got (microfiber). However, it is a nice rich color so I did not return it. Shortly after using the sleeper sofa for the first time, the couch started to squeak when you sat down. One end of the couch is much louder than the other end. The mattress is moderately comfortable for one night at a time. There is this cool thing where you can set the bedframe tilted up (about 30 degrees) at the top end - however that's how it arrived and I haven't been able to get the bedframe flat since. Cushions are not holding up as well as I would have expected for the money I spent; they 'sink' at the edges. Overall, I'm just not that happy with this purchase.

I love the look and it’s nice when you are entertaining that someone’s not stuck with a deep corner. But if you want to lay down and watch a movie, it is a seriously uncomfortable corner. Wish I had gone with the straight corner instead of curved.

Since my first review has yet tyo be published, lets try this again.... I HATE this couch. I bought all 2 pieces and the ottoman. Insurance as well. After having it for like 2 months, we noticed that a corner cushion sits about 2-3" shorter than the remainder of the cushions. ALSO, the chaise cushion hangs over about 5". During the pic swaps and taking, we found a huge imperfection in the fabric. After numerous emails and pictures, APT2B sent out a tech who agreed with me 100% on all issues. NOW, I am being told that APT2B will only send me new cushions. OK, so how about the imperfection on the chaise fabric? ALSO, how does it make sense to send a replacement cushion for a fabric cover that has been stretched out due to the wrong fitting one?? ALSO, the head cushion for the chaise is a lot smaller than the others so note you will NOT be able to rotate this one and its obvious that is a lot smaller. Go elsewhere trust me.

While we love the look of this sectional, the quality is not there. We have had the Monroe for 9 months now and the frame creaks and snaps loudly every time you get up or move. It's just me and my husband (no children) and we are smaller people so it's not seeing excessive wear and tear at all. Whenever we have guests over they think they did something to the couch when they move/get up. I wrote to Apt2B who said this was unusual but I noticed similar complaints in the reviews. They sent out someone to repair the couch but it's been a disaster. The person who came was at our house a total of 10 minutes and super unprofessional. He said the couch wasn't made well and the frame needed to be reinforced but it would take 3-4 hours and he didn't have time to fix it. Wasn't that the whole point of them sending a repair person to our home?? Now Apt2B is saying they re-opened our repair order (why was it closed when nothing was fixed?) but I have yet to hear a word from the repair company. I own an interior styling business (and am a trade member of Apt2B) and while I used to always recommend them to clients I will no longer be doing so. If this couch ever gets fixed I'll update this review. In the meantime we're moving it to a room that doesn't get much use and purchasing a better quality couch.

Couch is really nice and beautiful, however there was a factory defect in the cushion that I reported the same day as I received it in September and was approved to receive another cushion cover, and it’s the end of November and I can’t seem to get an update from the factory about when this will actually ship. The original estimate was 45 days. This seems rather ridiculous for a cushion cover.

This sectional appeared beautiful but never made it into my house, as it could not be delivered into our living space. The doorway measurement was correct but the clearance through the door (to a wall) was not - so make sure you're requesting from Apt2B ALL measurements before purchasing. We unfortunately had to refuse delivery and return the piece and were charged over $500 in shipping costs for the "free" return. Unfortunately, there is no disclosure of shipping costs up front, so when you're in a bind and have to return the merchandise, you'll pay a steep fee that is not disclosed prominently at time of purchase.

I can’t update my previous review but want to point out an issue after eight or so months: the print is disappearing from areas of the rug. This took such a short time and I’m now having to replace the rug after less than a year.

I bought this sofa to fit a longer room so we could have a back along the short edge (vs a chaise). The fabric is nice, mondo velvet, and the cushions are comfortable but that's where it ends. The pieces are constantly moving out of alignment, even placed on a rug, and the seat back cushions squash down each time I use the couch so that it look rumpled and untidy until I plump up every cushion again. The middle of every seat is softer / sunken so that if you plop down on the seam of two pieces you feel the raised, harder edge. The cushion on the long, middle piece, doesn't stay put which makes a constant gap between it and the neighboring corner cushion. On top of all that, our mellow, old dog has somehow already permanently scratched the fabric. We've had the couch for 3 months in a household of two adults and a dog. I don't think this would ever survive a family, and certainly won't survive my house as long as it should. Pretty disappointed in this purchase. Part of the problem is the modularity. Other, normal couches from this company may be a better purchase.

Ordered Oct 3rd. The delivery company they use to deliver to St Louis apparently only has two days to pick from in November and they are back to back, the 17th or 18th. That doesn't really give a customer much option. When asked about December, was told they don't know, would have to wait until they get a truckload filled. The sofa may be nice but if the delivery company they use is garbage and don't give customer's options for delivery dates, it doesn't really matter if I can't be home to have it delivered.
