After some time and submitting proof (photos and video) of the faulty tufting on our sofa, customer service reached out with a solution to send us new cushion covers sans tufting. I was thrilled with that idea, it was a great compromise, and I had seen a picture of a Lexington sans tufting in a picture on the reviews. Anyway, when our replacements came they were not the same as the reviewer's picture, instead, they still have the seams as though there should be tufting but they forgot buttons. Anyone who would look at this would agree it looks odd and was an odd thing to send, but I guess it is better than the alternative - a sofa with sporadic buttons, some held on by original means and others by super glue. And the couch is more comfortable. The efforts by customer service are appreciated, though I wish they had considered the weird aesthetic these seamed, button-less covers would have. Oh well, lesson learned and maybe we can cover the sofa with enough throw pillows and blankets to distract from the weird seams.

Delivery experience sucked.... they didn’t reach out to me so had to contact customer support... they told me to call the delivery company for scheduling.. called them and explicitly asked for Sunday as I had to meet someone at the airport on the Saturday. Received an automated call on Friday night saying delivery was on Saturday... absolutely in same time frame I was at airport... horrible horrible experience... would hesitate to recommend or use again based on post transaction experience.. furniture was lovely though.. and the delivery guys efficient and polite..

Color and fabric are not as consistent as in the picture. Also A LOT bulkier than you would imagine...actually very deep and wide so you need really a good amount of space. SUPER comfortable though

Carson Sofa is nice but I am starting to dislike the color

The stools seem sturdy and nicely made. They are well priced! I plan to paint the seats though. I do not find the boldness of the grain and their relative small size to be the best aesthetic.
