My couch is beautiful.. the fabric looks expensive. The seams are flawless.. But at less than six months old, this couch squeaks and creaks with every movement. I’m insanely disappointed. I live alone, am a tiny woman, and hardly even use it to be honest, so there’s no reason why this should happen. I regret this purchase.

this couch looks beautiful in the room, but I was very disappointed with the quality on the couch base when it arrived. the stain was uneven and we had to get a replacement for one segment because one of the legs was barely attached with 6 of the 7 nails missing the mark. The biggest issue that I see with this couch is actually the cushions/ tufting. The buttons are attached to each other through the cushions via a piece of cord. This cord does not have any elastic to it and so when you sit on the couch the buttons will actually pop up due to the compression of the cushion around them, leaving them to catch on pockets or really anything. We've only had this couch for 3 months and have already lost 2 buttons (really 4 because if you lose one then the button on the reverse side also falls out). It's very disappointing.

We received our couch almost two years ago and loved it when it first came in- absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Good production lead times, especially during Covid, and delivery was seamless. It is still very comfortable, but the vintage woven fabric DOES NOT hold up. I contacted customer service after owning the couch less than a year because of how badly it was pilling, but unfortunately the fabric isn’t covered as part of their standard warranty. Now after two years, the seat cushions sag and the fabric almost has a faux-fur feel because of how badly it has pilled. It’s still sturdy and I still love the design, but buyer beware of fabric. Maybe a different fabric would do better? Will probably have to reupholster it soon.

Sofa arrived quickly, which was nice especially during the supply chain issues in the rest of the industry. It's also quite comfortable. The fabric is much more of a tweed than it appears in the photos, which I think makes it pill much more easily. A few months in and the fabric looks like it's years old.

Have such mixed feelings about this sofa. On one hand it's absolutely stunning, everything about it is beautiful to look at, and in velvet it's just oh so soft to the touch. On the other, the seat cushions are extremely firm. You will NOT sink into this thing. The density of the foam feels like a bench more than a luxury sofa. They're actually so firm that the removable cushion covers are impossible to get on/off and when trying to zip one closed, the zipper completely busted off mine. Apt2b support was okay, they quickly sent me a new cover as a replacement but this didn't fix the density issue and i can still not get one of the cushions to zip closed. It's been about 2.5 months now and they haven't broken in, just have to get use to a firm seat I guess. If you like a firm supportive couch, go for it, if you want something you can sink into after a long day... possible look elsewhere.

The good: very pretty, comfortable and showed up in real life the way it looks on line. The bad: it was an "open box" so there is no return, and it arrived with one of the legs damaged, so its now propped up by a block of wood on one corner. True. The damage was easy to predict because the "legs" nothing more than bolts in the internal frame surrounded by cheap plastic - not a deal killer since you don't see them, but, cheap plastic has a tendency to break. I'd expect better quality for $1,600.

These are decent looking but we had them replaced twice (after they were sent to the wrong address) since 2/3 were dented/broken where they were unusable. I give 3/5 stars since Apt2B eventually refunded the money and let us keep them (we were able to use 2 out of the 6 total that we received) but the whole process took 2+ months and the process for refund wasn't smooth at all. Oh, and to top that off, the 2nd replacement (3rd set overall) that we didn't receive because it went to the wrong address went to our old home we moved out of in another state. Since we had the contact info of the people who bought it we told them about the error and that they could keep the planters - but guess what? Shockingly, all 3 were damaged so they just threw them out! Just to clarify, the boxes were in perfect condition each time, so this was not a shipping/delicate material issue. Whatever vendor was being used was the problem. If you're somehow lucky enough to get all 3 in good shape then they're actually quite nice, but that probably isn't going to happen. 1/5 for product, 4/5 for customer service, 3/5 total. Oh - and to maintain fair balance here, we bought a dresser, bed, and 2 end-table bedroom set along with a large bookshelf from Apt2B and they're some of the nicest furniture we've owned. However, they sent me a link to review this for some reason, so here we are. Great furniture though!

Cons: In just 48 days since its arrival our sofa, in Chicago blue, is pilling and worn. The back and seat cushions seem under-filled, and as a result, the fabric is not holding square onto the cushions. Rather, the fabric is misaligned with the rectangular cushion edges giving the cushions a very worn, wavy, and unkept. The stretch of the fabric over the middle of the cushion shows exactly where we've been sitting and gives a baggy look to seat cushions. The most disappointing thing is that there are big fuzz-balls and pills pulling off of the cushions that mix with dog and human hair for an overall fuzzy and worn look. We have vacuumed and used an adhesive hair remover roller and the fabric just keeps pilling. This does not look at all like a 6-week old couch. Pros: The shape of the couch is great. It's comfy. The color is awesome and true to the fabric swatches that we ordered.

It's a very nice lamp, but the bar that should sit under the light cylinder won't attach because the screws aren't long enough. Looks ok, but incomplete.

For the price, the comfort of this couch is really lacking. The arms are very hard, almost sharp, and uncomfortable. I have only had this couch for two months and the cushions are already saggy and crushed, and look like a person twice my size has been sleeping on it for a year. I should not have to flip and fluff the couch cushions after 60 days. The sleeper mattress is very comfortable, which is great the couple of times a year that I might be hosting people, but as my every day living room couch I would not have purchased this if I had the chance to sit on it beforehand.
