The couch is a great value, and really comfortable. The customer service has also been generally amazing, sending me photos of real couches in the wild to help me decide on the color. My only complaint is that it wrinkles extremely easily. I find myself constantly smoothing it out, and it looks pretty shabby when guests come over. I contacted Apt2b about it and they told me it would even out in time if I continued to flip the cushions. I have, but it’s gotten worse. I’m not sure if the material is too stretchy or if the cushion cover is too big, but I might not have bought this couch if I knew about this issue. This is the silver color by the way if anyone’s curious.

Great looking design and comfortable, as long as you like a deep sofa. Because of how deep it is, you either need to sit sideways/curled up or have several pillows behind you and propping you up because otherwise you have to lean back uncomfortably when sitting facing forward. The measurements were provided so that’s on me but since you are ordering online, you can’t try it out before buying to know how deep is too deep for you. Lesson learned. The main reasons for less stars are real and perceived quality. In less than two months, one seat button popped off and a second was on its way. This is in a two adult, no kids or pets household. In hindsight, buttons look great but feel awful to sit on, so we won’t make that mistake again. The other concern are the legs. They are so high and skinny, the sofa wobbles with every single move by anyone. Someone else sits down, you’ll move or bounce. Need to adjust your position due to the deep seat? The whole sofa will wobble or feel unsteady while you do. A guest plops down like they would on a sturdier sofa and you hope they don’t break one of the legs. Since there are only 4 skinny legs with nothing else providing it support (not even a hidden one in the center for extra support and stability), I’m VERY worried that they are going to snap off or give out at some point because of how much the sofa wobbles and I’ll be on the hook to pay to repair or replace the sofa. Time will tell but my wife and I pretty much agree it’s more than likely.

After waiting 2 weeks past the expected delivery date, then more weeks because it was delivered with no feet i really wanted to love this, but for me it's a meh. It's comfortable to sit on for sure, but the cushions do not fully fill the cases so one doesn't get the sharp lines as pictured online. I have lumps and bumps that never come out. Makes it look 10 years old...

This sofa is beautiful and maximizes smaller spaces. Ours arrived damaged and the replacement process was pretty easy. Two months in we’re really unsatisfied with the durability of the woven fabric. It easily snags, making the couch look no longer beautiful. We’ve added a slip cover which looks messy and the couch is still getting snags plus it’s harder to use the controls for the power foot rest. For a sofa at this price point, they need to do better with a fabric that is more tightly woven and can stand up to living. If you want this couch, buy leather.

I love this couch, it was delivered in under 4 weeks of placing the order, and the delivery person brought it to my apartment (I was a little concerned that vestibule delivery meant the lobby of my building). Originally the two back cushions were overfilled, making them incredibly stiff and forcing people to sit completely upright—which might work very well for an office. However, the cushions unzip and it was easy to remove some stuffing in order to adjust to one's desired softness. The bench seating was comfortable enough however it has started to sag in certain spots in under 6 months which is disheartening—especially given that this is not a sofa that gets a ton of daily use, and plus I live alone and weigh ~100lbs. This may not be the right fit for heavy use by a larger household . The bench cushion appears to be a solid piece of foam with a down zip cover (similar to a mattress pad/cover). It is possible to rotate all the cushions for even wear, which is nice—however I didn't expect to have to do it so soon into my having it. The velvet is great, tends to change deepen in color depending on the lighting, and it's easy to clean (though I did scotch guard it when it first arrived as I'm accident prone). Other than the bench cushion sagging a bit its a good couch. Pretty comfy, very nap-able, not too hot for the summer, and nice to look at.

The couch is super cozy BUT the process was incredibly ridiculous! It said 3-5 days shipping but it took 2 months to get what we paid for. First part of our couch was delivered in the wrong color. Then a month later they delivered another one which was wobbly and cushions were a different fit than the 1st couch. I can say Kristen was pleasant to work with at Apt2B in customer service. However, you don’t know what you are going to get as far as product. If you buy plan on it taking months.

I purchased the Carson chair in Regal a year and a half ago. My husband who is 230 pounds uses it almost every day. The fabric on the seat and arms has pilled and the color noticeably faded. Very disappointing. Love the style and color but….

The delivery was not very smooth, and the sofa was not delivered on the date I was told. Customer Service was very helpful though and fixed the delivery snafu. The white glove service was excellent. The couch looks beautiful. I have to admit that I am somewhat disappointed as far as comfort goes. The cushions are extremely firm - there is very little give. Also, as someone else noted, the back cushions take up a lot of the sitting area. Had I known, I would have ordered something a little softer.
