We were so pleased with the Aiken dining table when it first arrived! It truly is an elegant design. Unfortunately, it became scratched and the finish came off in a few places almost immediately from normal use. It has now also buckled in one spot just from being cleaned with wood cleaner intended for this kind of furniture. I reached out to customer support twice and they were unhelpful. If you buy this table, be ready to keep it covered with a tablecloth or not use it every day.

It’s been a little over a year since my delivery. There are two people in my household. We haven’t sat on the sectional each day, but rather occasionally. This sectional was actually a replacement/exchange of my initial order which was an identical. The first was exchanged out due to a defect. The replacement is not as comfortable as the original item. The replacement has a sinking spot on one area of the sectional and a few of the back pillows are overstuffed and uncomfortable. I’m assuming the sinking area may be a defect. At the time of my purchase the Snowfall fabric was available and that’s what I chose. It shouldn’t have been named “Snowfall”. It should have been named Vanilla Ice Cream because that’s the true color of the fabric. I can’t stand the color! It’s so yellow! The Snowfall color was described as being a warm white but it gives off a light yellowish tone. The tone doesn’t really show up in the website’s online photos. I would prefer something more light grey/beige. I don’t even like the texture of the fabric either. I’ve deducted 2 stars due to the options of fabrics available. It would be nice to see some nice neutral linen. Something soft besides microfiber and velvet. I’m considering having my sectional reupholstered. I shouldn’t have to do that considering all the money I’ve spent. Apt2b has nice furniture, good customer service, but lacks in fabrics options.

I own this couch in bubblegum. It’s a beautiful color, and I get so many compliments on it. The fabric has also held up very well with one cat in the house. I’m not sure if I’d purchase again though. I haven’t even owned the couch for a full year yet, and the chaise cushion is no longer tufted. Maybe the tufting thread was too tight? The couch also creaks when you move like it’s about to fall apart. I expected more for the price point.

My sofa is about three years old now and has terrible pilling... I would've expected it to be more durable for the cost.

Giving the sofa 3 stars because the chaise height and the sofa height are different. The chaise legs are taller than the couch, so when you sit back on the chaise you sink into the couch and the cushion lifts up.

Light gray with firm cushions. Disappointed that the fabric is wrinkly. Diminishes the quality.

Overall we’re happy with the sofa. The fabric is beautiful and has held up well against our cats in the few months we’ve had it so far. I give it 3 stars because of shipping damage in the first couch, and a quality issue in the replacement. The first couch had minor damage to the base in shipping. Apt2b replaced the entire couch without charging us; we were really pleased with the customer service in response to that. Unfortunately, the replacement couch has a height difference of 3/8” between the chaise section and the sofa section in the construction of the internal components (not the wood base). It’s somewhat noticeable when looking at the couch, especially when you’ve been sitting on the chaise lounge piece, but mostly it’s super annoying sitting on it. We’ve put a piece of wood leftover from a construction project to lift the edge of the chaise seat so that there’s less of a drop between the 2 pieces when you’re sitting on it, but it’s pretty disappointing.

This sofa is incredibly stylish and the leather has held up amazingly to my 4 dogs over the past year. I do, however, have the exact same feedback as Deb, regarding cons. And I personally called about one issue, so it’s not the first time you’ve heard negative feedback. The fact that, at this price point, that the chaise doesn’t have a clip and moves all over is frustrating. My $500 IKEA couch had a clip. The sofa is very lightweight and moves every time you sit on it.

The velvet is nice, and the reversability of the cushions is great. I really appreciate the color options and how easy it is to find a proper queen size sleeper. We had a guest sleep on it, and they seemed to think that it was sufficiently comfy! Unfortunately, the communication around delivery times was not great, and it came delivered with a hole in the corner. Now, I got mine on clearance (it said "like new" condition), and the hole is hidden in a dark corner that no one will ever notice, so I am not terribly dissapointed (my need to have a bed for my guests exceeds the desire to get this hole issue sorted out). But still, when it says "like new," you expect it to be that way!
