We absolutely love this sofa; the fabric is so luxurious feeling, the workmanship exceptional and it fits perfectly in our small third bedroom as a “den” couch/extra sleeping space when needed. (Haven’t used the mattress yet). Artwork still pending but here’s a look…

Sadly, when my Marco Queen sleeper sofa arrived at my house, it was too tall to make it down the stairs to the room it was designated for. I was so disappointed after having waited several weeks for it to arrive. The good news was Sophia from Apt. 2B who was my customer service rep. When I spoke to her about the situation, she was consoling and willing to take the sofa back (it was still fully packed). She arranged to forgive me the costs of return shipping, re-stocking and was willing to return the expense of the sofa to my credit card. This is stellar service and I am grateful to Apt. 2B for being as understanding and generous as Sophia demonstrated. I am looking at other options for replacing the sofa. For those considering this sofa, especially the queen size mattress, make sure you have adequate height if going up or down stairs for delivery. Although I had consulted with Apt. 2B about the constraints prior to purchase, we thought by removing the legs, it would work. Alas...

Like other reviewers have said we were quite nervous ordering a couch online but we are beyond thrilled that we did! This couch is well made, super comfortable and seems like it will last a long time. My only small complaint is that the fabric does hold onto pet hair even when aggressively lint rolling (we have the blue jean fabric). We ordered on Black Friday and had to wait a little over 9 weeks when you include shipping/delivery time but it was well worth the wait! Apt2b will definitely be my first stop for future furniture needs.

Never bought a sofa online before, especially with not having the opportunity to try it out in person. I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable this sofa is. It feels durable enough for at least several years. I’m going on a month with it and I have no issues

Fast delivery on this in-stock sofa, and great communication made this a pleasurable experience. I've never before bought furniture sight unseen, but I had confidence I had made the right selection, and I was very pleased with the quality and finish of the sofa.

I ordered the catalina loveseat in moss with pecan legs for a small office space in my home. The couch shipped in about five weeks, which was earlier than expected. The fabric is great and seems durable. The couch is well built and was comfortable the moment I sat on it. The cushions are high quality compared to couches I have had in the past. The fabric underneath the couch was damaged and the delivery experience was not the best but Apt 2B was easy to work with and remedied the situation. Would order again.

I was nervous about buying without being able to try out, but it is very comfortable. The seat depth is just right, and the arms are just the right height for leaning on. The almond fabric is beautiful and seems very durable. It was ready earlier than expected, and they were great about storing it locally until my new house was ready. It took about 10 minutes to set up (+ 5 to unwrap all the plastic). I would 100% recommend!
