Our couch arrived today and I love it! The color is amazing and the cushions are firm. It feels like it will hold up for many years. It's the perfect size for our 1950s house. The delivery was an unpleasant experience but not apt2bs fault and they were lovely when I let them know the issues I had with the process. 10/10 for the couch itself. Take the plunge if you're on the fence.

Ordered a custom Tuxedo sectional arrangement to fit into a bit of a challenging space, and love it so far. Props to Apt2B for creating a comfortable and apparently well made piece in record time. It's quite dog friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this couch.

This sofa is so much better in person. I can’t believe how comfortable it is and extremely beautiful. I had originally ordered this in oak boucle and changed my mind about the color shortly after I place my order. Customer service at Apt2b are amazing and kind. They happily changed the color to butterscotch instead and after 8 weeks, it arrived in perfect condition with the color. I would highly recommend!

I did a lot of research before electing to buy this reversible chaise. I was looking for an apt-size sofa with ability to put chaise on either side, in a navy or dark blue, and under $2k (I got it during a promotion). Here are the reasons I opted for Apt2B: —I could order swatches and have some time to decide on the color, while still purchasing during a sale (who offers that?!?). It made the decision of buying a long-term piece of furniture that much easier. I opted for Cobalt Velvet, as it has a bit more flair than the Eclipse Velvet. — Cushions are like being held on a soft, yet firm-ish cloud — making it ideal for dealing with chronic pain. It's ridiculous how lightweight this sofa is, but I've never noticed it slip. And I'm not dreading relocating it when the time comes (unlike my mattress). — It's made in the US so investing in American brand, while minimizing risk of furniture being lost in transit (this was before Canadian trucker blockade). The timeframe for receiving the custom piece was a bit longer at that time, but it came within that promised window! — It's perfect for my long haired cat as it's incredibly easy to remove her fur and it doesn't go through the fabric. — I've spilled coffee on a cushion and it slid right off (amazing!!). All I had to do was remove the cushion cover to dry out and it was easy to put back on. — Awesome customer service: communicative, polite & responsive. I'm coming here first, next time I have a furniture / home decor need! I cannot understate how happy I am with this sofa! And with the lifetime guarantee too boot, it's honestly a no brainer. This couch is so beautiful! I was nervous to buy a leather couch online without seeing it in person first but I’m so happy I took the chance. It’s comfortable and roomy!

The name describes it well. Very comfortable and cozy. At our last family gathering, it was rarely empty. It seems well made, so squeaks or tilting from side-to-side. I love that its wider than many swivel chairs.

I love the look of my Tuxedo sleeper sofa, it’s just what I wanted for my loft. The cushions are deep and firm but still comfy. Great arm height. My guests have told me that the memory foam mattress is very comfortable.

I ordered an Avalon Queen Sleeper Sofa for my office in Ruby Velvet. I love it! It's so cute. Service was excellent - I ordered online during a sale before the swatches came in and was able to order with an Undecided fabric. The swatches came days later and I updated the order. I started to panic that the sofa would not clear the hallway and door frame, so customer service said they could ship without the base and attach the base at delivery. Delivery was the easiest thing I've ever seen. They brought the sofa down a flight of stairs, down a hallway, into a bedroom/office, attached the base, took the packaging, and set up the pillows. It was fast and so easy. Sofa is narrow and firm, as you'd expect from a sleeper. The bed mattress is comfortable and would be good for a guest for a few nights. The fabric is soft and really pretty

I ordered this to add storage to my office. It’s very well made and easy to assemble. I wish the drawers were on a track instead of dragging wood on wood but otherwise I am very happy with it. Its a very attractive piece of furniture.
