I ordered the AVALON sleeper sofa and took the option to finalize the order later. We chose the slate fabric and the memory foam mattress. We are pleased with the look and quality of the sofa. The fabric is v durable and smooth with no texture/y bits to attract cats’ claws. We haven’t used the pull-out bed. The reason this is 4 rather than 5 stars is because of the damage caused by the delivery team. BOTTOM LINE Get more careful delivery crews!!! I know they were not Apt 2B employees but the company selected this firm to deliver to us. We paid for white glove delivery. They carried the furniture into our ground floor thru our garage Set it down and removed the packing. When they left our premises, we found 3 significant gauges 3-4 ins long in the wood floor in the hall and the set-up room. This was brand new flooring - laid to replace flood damage. Looking at the damage, it appears to be a very sharp mail that left 1/4 “ groove in 3 sep areas. Speculating where the mail might have been, we considered that it might have been in someone’s shoe or boot It didn’t appear to be anything to do with the couch. I filled in the damage with colored furniture touch- Up markers. Our contractor said to replace the individual boards would be v expensive

I was very leery about ordering furniture online but once I made the order, they kept me apprised of what was going on. I ordered the Catalina sofa in Cobalt Blue Velvet with the white glove service. I made sure to tell them to keep the legs off until they delivered it to my apartment. I live on the 5th floor. I was very surprised they were able to fit it into the elevator. It is a beautiful couch and the material is so soft and elegant but functional. The velvet is performance velvet, so it will withstand stains. My nonverbal, autistic, young adult son is already giving it a workout and so far it is holding up.

I was very impressed with the customer service. The sofa took awhile to make, but APT2B kept in touch. Since it was custom made, the time it took was expected. I was informed as to the arrival time and delivery. The white glove delivery was great. The delivery was right on time, they ‘movers” were careful with the unloading and placement. They were polite and professional. All in all, a very good experience.

Our Bannister sectional arrived quicker than we expected and the peacock velvet is beautiful. It’s quite large but our TV room is small and so far, no one has said that it’s too big for the room. Three adults can easily be comfortable on the sectional and it wipes clean easily. We are very happy we went with this style and especially this color.

Really nice looking stool. I’m using it as a side table. One note, it does have decorative holes in a pattern towards the center of the top. It is a non-issue for me but you can’t see them in the product pictures. Would recommend.

We love this piece. I had a very specific need for a couch that didn’t cut our room in half. So I went with a chaise and hoped it had a sturdy arm that you can lean on. The cushions are so comfortable. The size is smaller but fits exactly how we wanted it to. We also love the color. It gives the look of a light cream couch while still being forgiving in terms of stains because of the black and brown woven through. Delivery and customer service was also great!
