My experience with Apt2B was awesome! The process from ordering fabric swatches and placing my order to scheduling the delivery and having the delivery made, was seamless! The entire staff at Apt2B was extremely accommodating and patient - Mat and Alex were quick to respond to questions I had. Once my couch was ready (less than two weeks after I placed my order), Alex shot me an email to schedule a delivery and it was delivered the very next day! Special shout out to the delivery team who arrived early (!!!) and with LA traffic I was running a little late...however they very kindly waited for me to arrive and quickly brought in my couch and dining room table. I will definitely be shopping at Apt2B again.

I joined the email list for this company and received emails for about a year before I was in the market for a new couch. The frequency of the emails is annoying but I'm glad I remained subscribed because I heard about a pop up shop at a local Costco and was able to actually go sit on the furniture before I made my purchase (which is great quality fyi.). The pop-up shop wasn't advertised on the website. I saved $600 bucks off the ticket price buying through Costco! I was happy to pay the $75 delivery fee to have my couch delivered and setup in my place. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because of the email marketing program which could be subtle and much more effective with a little work. Happy customer here.

I really like this place because it is hip and they have the newest trends in furniture. The people working here are also very friendly and are egure to help wih any questions I had. Very Professional and friendly staff. Great quality furniture!

There is so much Apt 2B furniture in our home that it's starting to feel like a sales floor for this incredible company. Every item in our bedroom set is from Apt 2B as well as most of our living and dining room furniture. We love the desks so much that I actually insisted my office use Apt 2B when we purchased all new furniture last year--the staff love it too. From the great plates we eat off of every day to the lamps that cast light on our very comfortable sofa accented by great tables, the quality and price of Apt 2B can't be beat. Oh, and if you're like me and can't stand bad customer service (see my other less-than-cheery Yelp reviews...) then Apt 2B is a diamond in the rough of continually de-humanizing and horrid retail companies that are reality in 2012. If you're looking for friendly, highly competent staff whose delivery and assembly team matches that high quality, these are the guys for you. I'd like to see any of their comparable companies deliver furniture ON-TIME, set it up by COMPETENT delivery staff, and FOLLOW-UP on customer service the way Apt 2B does. They simply can't be matched. Can't wait to see the next season of goods and buy more!

If you're a lover of modern furnishings at very reasonable price, I'd highly recommend Apt2B! Throughout, Alex was very patient, professional and most of all, showed great integrity to satisfy customers of Apt2B with absolutely no pressure. Overall, the experience with Apt2B was a very pleasant experience!

I love this place. Reasonable prices for modern/contemporary furniture. I've shopped around in other modern/contemporary furniture stores and apt2b prices can't be beat. Alex was extremely attentive in answering all questions I had through email and there were many. There was also no sales pressure from Alex when I wanted to cancel an item that I previously ordered. Delivery was seamless. I continue to check out the website for new items and hope to make a purchase in the near-term.

Apt2B came through in a big way for me. I can't imagine better service and I'm thrilled with the quality and price. I moved to LA without any furniture. I'd purchased my mattress and box springs from a national chain in my former town so that it could be delivered in LA the day I arrived. That worked out as planned, but it was of course placed on the floor because I had no bed. I had thought I'd be fine as I slowly acquired my various furniture pieces, but I really wasn't. I needed a bed asap. I'd found Apt2B through Westside Rentals and I liked several of their pieces and I loved their website. Some of their prices when I'd first looked seemed high, but when I checked out their delivery and assembly plans, I realized they were indeed the bargain over other furniture dealers. Even so, when it became apparent to me that I needed something fast, I looked elsewhere, only to find that virtually no one could deliver as quickly as I wanted. So I went back to Apt2B Thursday evening and emailed asking about the potential of a rush delivery. I received a reply from Alex within minutes with a plan to help me out. He followed through as promised the next day and today, Saturday, I have a beautiful bed in my bedroom. Based on the time I emailed him Thursday evening, that really makes the time from purchase to delivery one business day. I am thrilled. I would be thrilled with the bed alone. I liked its style online, but honestly, had wondered about what quality it might be in person. It is excellent. But knowing the extra effort and attention that went into getting this bed to me so fast just blows me away. Furthermore the logistics worked out exactly as promised. It was delivered and assembled within the allotted window by two delivery people who were quick and competent. I have already ordered additional pieces through Apt2B and am considering future orders as well. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Apt2b when we bought some bedroom furniture (drawers and a big bed) plus some other sundry stuff. They were so unusually nice to deal with, from answering questions we had before buying to delivering and setting up the stuff we bought. I love so many things on their site and was thrilled that the service (and the furniture we got) matched up with how I hoped it would be. I'm definitely going back for more when I can!!
