Very happy with my decision to go with Apt2B. Ordered a bed during the Labor Day sale, a week later they it was delivered and set up. Turns out that for two years I thought my mattress was a Cal King when in fact its an Eastern King (I'm an idiot). Even though it was my mistake for ordering the wrong size, they came back a week later with the Eastern King with no hassle and no charge for the second delivery.

The most painless furniture buying experience I've ever had. We love our Tuxedo sectional! Alex was extremely prompt in replying to my inquiries, and his descriptions of the sectional were spot on. The sofa arrived way ahead of schedule, and the delivery guys were terrific. Knowing that if for any reason we weren't satisfied, the item could be returned for a full refund less delivery charges gave me peace of mind, especially since I was skeptical of buying a sofa I hadn't physically seen or sat in. After months of brick and mortar shopping, I can say that the Apt2B sofa is by far the best thing we'd seen at a very fair price. I never want to walk into another furniture showroom again!

I just got my Formosa sectional sofa from Apt2B and I couldn't be any happier. I loved browsing through the multiple options on their website and the checkout process was smooth. Shipping and delivery took much less than I expected and everyone from customer service to their delivery people were really nice, effective and courteous.
But, most importantly, the couch itself looks awesome, even better in person than in the website's pics! The quality of the fabric and the craftsmanship is great and it has improved the overall look of my living room by 100%.
You can tell Apt2B really cares about their business and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
