The Chase couch came in perfect condition and was exactly like we were expecting. Comfortable, sturdy, and clearly made well. The color was also spot on to the photos. We are very happy with the purchase!

My configuration: Round Corner , LAF, RAF I have owned this sofa for 10 months at the time of this review and the phots that are uploaded. I can say that I honestly love my sofa. The customer service for my custom order was spectacular. I was in frequent contact with the same representative during the customization process, which is a plus for me. I was updated during the process and my delivery was upgraded. My order shipped about four weeks after I placed it. When I got my sofa the set up was nice and smooth. There were a few dents in the fabric that I figured would go away but they are still there. However it is barely noticeable and not worth the wait to correct. Cleaning is fairly easy. I just use water and a cloth. I’ve noticed that fabric cleaners make stains worse. The cushions are firm but comfortable and I feel like they will last. The seat is narrow. If your body is on the wider side, you may not like the width of seat for naps. One thing that I don’t like is the lining on the seat pillow. The seam is not straight. I don’t have a lot of traffic and I flip the cushions periodically but it hasn’t helped. I also do not like how the thread is in middle of the front side of the corner piece. See attached photos. I don’t regret my purchase and will use this company again.

The fabric is softer than expected and the cushions are firm enough to not deform over time. Please with this purchase

I am in love with my Olivia Sleeper Sofa! It's exactly what I wanted for my small office that can now double as a guest room. I decided to get the memory foam because some of our guests are older. It's very comfortable. The pillows are firm, but comfortable. The sofa itself is very sturdy and I love that it was made-to-order. I've been wanting a velvet sofa for a while and I would have been happy to settle for a cheap sofa. I'm so glad I splurged a bit! The fabric is so soft, yet durable. I wasn't going to allow my dog on the sofa, but the description said pet-friendly. It'll be put to the test.

This couch is perfect. Nice and firm, and it just exudes good craftsmanship. Totally worth waiting for! Thank you for helping through the delivery process...it all went smoothly. I am a very satisfied customer!

Excellent product at decent price. Considering purchasing a second one!

I was nervous to spend so much on a piece of furniture I hadn’t seen (or sat on) in person, but this chair + ottoman is everything I was hoping for! I got fabric samples ahead of ordering, but the “straw” fabric was exactly as pictured online. The chair is solid, sturdy, and a bit firm – but not TOO firm. Really comfortable (this is coming from someone who prefers plush furniture). I expect there will be some additional give once I continue to break it in. (Note: the clear plastic you see around the side of the ottoman and chair is just temporary sticky panels to deter the cats from scratching)

This couch was an investment piece and so worth it—it’s a staple in our living space and super comfy. Happy it comes with a pullout bed for guests.

I purchased the chair and love seat for my 600 sq. ft. apartment. They fit perfectly in my cozy living area. They fit my free-spirit, boho personality and style. They are extremely comfortable and well built. Even my dog loves them. I can’t say enough positive things about this company or the products. I love that they are locally sourced and built by hand. The craftsmanship shows in the details. Delivery and set up was fantastic as well.

I am so in love with my new couch! I spent about 2 months looking at all the styles of small space sofas Apt 2B offers. After blocking out dimensions in my living room and ordering lots of fabric swatches, I finally decided on the Melrose reversible chaise in evergreen velvet. The fabric is so luxurious and soft and the cushion support is perfect. I even napped on it the first day I got it! My little dog loves it too and her hair cleans right off so quickly. To me it was a big risk buying a couch I couldn’t see in person but it turned out better than my expectations. Thank you Apt 2B for a beautiful piece of furniture made right here in the USA!
