We have seven cats, a Labrador retriever, and three rabbits, and this is THE BEST couch in performance velvet for people with pets or kids. Our kittens have scratched it, our dog has regurgitated on it, and our young rabbits have urinated on it. We use Biokleen with a Hoover Clean Slate and all of the stains have come out. Our couch looks very nice and brand new. We are impressed with the durability of the performance velvet fabric. The couch is soft yet supportive, and our whole family loves lounging on it...especially our dog. We did a great deal of research before buying this couch, and a year later we do not regret our choice. Also, it is super easy to move so you can clean underneath it. We highly recommend this couch!

I have been wanting this stool for so long. I love it. It is very well made and I love the colors. I do wish the top was flat so I could put plants on it, it is a little rounded on top. It looks great in my bedroom. I like the height. It is a piece tgat I hope to have for a very long time.

This is my second Apt2B purchase and I’m not surprised I’m happy with it. Love the olive green color, it’s very subtle but adds enough color to pop against the more neutral gray/white weave sectional in the same room. The seat depth is good for me and my short legs (I am 5’4” tall), but the footrest is a tad bit short. My feet hang off the end , with the bottom of my ankles on the rest, but it works for me. My husband is 5’7” and his feet hang off from just below his calves, but I bought this mainly for me :) Great communication re shipping and delivery, and delivery was flawless, good crew.

Am nervous about a white couch with a dog but OH, the white velvet is absolutely gorgeous and has opened up my tiny space so much! The fabric is incredibly smooth, and the arm rests are padded a fair amount so not terribly hard (even with resting my head on it). The couch is firm, as mentioned by reviewers, but I don't find it to be uncomfortable, and with a variety of pillows it will get cozier. The couch was covered and protected well in transit; arrived in perfect condition. Ordered 10/3, received 10/25. Only 1 email communication received in between though, just as Apt2b said there would be. One thing of note: I'm 5'3 and my feet don't touch the floor, and even though I'm short, this is actually the first time I've had that issue with any of my previous couch purchases. It is wide enough for me to lay down though (can't fully extend, obviously, but perfect for curled up naps). I've marked my calendar to update a review in a year after wear/tear and dog cuddles.

This was my first time ordering with Apt2B and I ordered the Harper sofa in blue, and one in grey. The quality is top notch, and the detailing is superb. Other than creating amazing furniture, I do have to praise their customer service. When the couches were delivered, there was damage from the forklift to the base and mechanism of one of the sleepers. I emailed Apt2B, and they were more than fair, ordering new parts which they will install. It wasn't their fault at all, but they made it right, and then some. I will order from them again with confidence and am happy to have found a furniture option where there is attention to excellence in both the product and in the customer service!

It’s very sophisticated and I’m ordering another.

I bought the Melrose Sofa 9 months ago and am very pleased. I can tell that this sofa will age very well as it seems to be very well made and the quality is outstanding. But the real reason for my review is the Customer Service. It is OUTSTANDING!! When we bought our sofa we also purchased a Rug and throw. Unfortunately, through no fault of Apt2B, we have had some bad luck with our area rug and Apt2B has replaced it for us twice now. This second time, I contacted them and didn’t expect them to do anything, since the rug was 9 months old, but just thought I would let them know about the issue. Jessica, was in touch with me right away and contacted the factory and in the end they replaced the rug again for us. Apt2B you have a customer for life. Any future purchases we will definitely buy through you. It means a lot to have a company that stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. I also want a shout out to Jessica she was so great to work with and went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Omg!! So excited to have this sofa in my living room. I had initally purchased it for my guest room but while I was waiting for delivery I decided I should enjoy it instead of only my guests. I love that I was able to choose the fabric (and sooo many options!) as well as the leg colors. I got this in flamingo velvet and it is nothing short of gorgeous! It is a little firm for me, but it could be what I had been using was so old it was getting a little too soft. I am sure this will soften up after some use. I did upgrade the mattress. I have yet to try it out. I will update my review once I do!

We have had this loveseat in blueberry for close to six years & it looks as beautiful as the day it arrived! It’s used in our study and is the focal point of the room. We absolutely love it! If you’re looking for a quality sofa look no more!

It's long enough to sleep on as a couch, which was a high priority for me. I love the arms, love the chaise. Fabric is great, the pillows have stood up well. Sofa bed pull out works great.
