I was impressed with the customer service as I changed my fabric and leg color after placing my order and they got it right. Delivery was hassle free, just very happy. The peacock velvet is gorgeous feels soo luxe and looks amazing.? The sofa is so comfortable snd feels very sturdy and high quality.

This rug is beautiful and soft with a little sheen to it. Colors are muted like the last picture in the listing. The darker color appears more charcoal grey than blue than it appears on my screen. The 9x12 arrived with an actual size of 8'6" x 12'1", and that smaller 6" on one side messed up my layout in the room:(

This is a well done art selection for a wall. It is done on wood panels, which lends an "original" look and the individual panels allows for some creative input on hanging. The colors are saturated but muted. I love it!

Well made and fits perfectly into the space!

I spent 2 years looking for a yellow velvet loveseat. Then one day nearly a year ago, an ad for apt2b.com popped up on my phone. They had exactly what I wanted AND, they're based in the USA. Even better. When the loveseat finally got here, the fabric was damaged. (The sofa was delivered in a thick layer of plastic wrap, and I believe it sat in a warehouse for several weeks before I received it. If it had been boxed, I think the fabric would have been fine.) I contacted apt2b.com, and this is when I learned that they have outstanding, top-notch customer service. I spoke to and emailed with living, breathing people (in the USA) whose only reason for living seemed to be making sure I was satisfied with my loveseat. Rather than a refund, I requested a replacement. After all, it took me 2 years to find what I wanted; what was a few more weeks? My replacement is beautiful. The delivery service brought it in, unwrapped it, attached the legs, and put it in its place. Then they took the 'old' loveseat away. I couldn't be more pleased.

Super cute chair that easily fit in with our home built in the 1970's. It's a nice style that fits in with modern and classic decor. I love the color, it's suble and not too bold. The leather is high quality. I think I want to order a second one!

This couch is perfect. We got a u-shaped Tuxedo for our cabin and couldn’t be happier. It was such a better deal than some of the other companies out there selling custom couches, but because we had to purchase “sight unseen” we weren’t sure how much we’d like it. We love it. It’s comfortable and beautifully made. The website custom design feature was a dream to work with. Thanks Apt2B!

Fantastic, sturdy, arrived faster than expected

This is my all time favorite rug!!! It’s gorgeous and soft. The colors and design are simple and beautiful. It is perfect for my main living room space, and my dog also loves!! Shipped quickly, packaged well, and arrived within a week!! Super happy with this purchase and definitely recommend!
