The Monroe sectional was delivered yesterday, fast and ahead of schedule. From the sales team at Apt2b to the shipping company I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The color is actually better in person than online (swatch was too small to get the whole picture). The sofa is very firm (not for everyone) and seems well made, time will tell. Being the main piece of furniture in the living room it was very important to look great and make an impression. I believe this was the right choice, thank you Apt2B!

I can't say enough about how great Apt2b customer service is. I started off with the Clark sofa and despite my careful planning, it did not look right in my space. Thanks to to the understanding folks at APT2B I was able to exchange for the Clinton which I love and fits perfect! They also worked with me on the delivery time so that I could receive my sofa before the holidays. The other great thing about my sofa is the fabric. Mountain grey is cat proof!! My cat has tried to claw it and undue the buttons on the back cushion. After 1 month of cat abuse, the fabric and buttons are so tight he has not been able to make those buttons budge or pull up one strand of fabric! This has been an unexpected benefit. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of my experience with APT2B. Folks are very personal and attentive and hope they stay that way!
