There was only one customer pic of the FILLMORE Apartment Sofa (74") on your website, so I thought I'd send this one. Our sofa arrived today. The couch is cool. Cool as mint. Otherwise known as TAYLOR MIST. Ultimately, it took seven weeks, twice the estimated time to arrive. But other than that, APT 2B did absolutely everything right. The sofa is clearly made with care, and the folks on the floor were obviously conscientious. Please thank them for me. This is fantastic. Thank you.

shipping was a few weeks but i guess it takes that long to get from CA to MI!!!

I was a bit apprehensive about buying an big furniture item like a couch without seeing it or sitting on it in person, but I couldn't pass up on the Saxon! Apt2b made the decision easy every step of the way, starting with selecting fabric colors, to answering all my tedious questions about shipping and delivery. Now that's it's finally here, I am in love! It's every bit as cozy as described and feels very sturdy. Plus, it's unique, just like all of Apt2b's products. Definitely doesn't look like you went to big box store like everyone else!

After looking at and sitting in showroom pieces at some of the usual retail suspects that fill the gap between the blue box place and the design far-beyond-my-reach place -- and not being particularly impressed with comfort or color options -- I started looking at online retailers who had a larger selection of styles, sizes, and fabrics. My husband was happy that we found several sectional sofas on Apt2B that we both liked, that were the right size for our space, that were really reasonably priced. But after the traditional retail experience, he was particularly skeptical about making such a big purchase site unseen. He basically said if we ordered it and it was uncomfortable, he'd roast me about it until I could afford to have it replaced. I ordered swatches before making a final selection, we decided on a Smoke Lexington 2-Pc Sectional, and we ordered on Black Friday (for the sale). The customer service rep helped us set up a delayed shipment for late January, when our home renovation would be complete. I felt kind of guilty not buying local since there's a business in our town that sells similar customized sofas and sectionals, but I got over it when I realized we'd save several hundred dollars with the better price, free shipping, no sales tax, plus the Black Friday discount. The white glove delivery was awesome; within 30 minutes, there was a gorgeous new sofa sectional in my living room and no trash left behind. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship are very good, and in addition to looking great, this sofa is really COMFORTABLE. Endless "told-you-so" taunting avoided. The one drawback on this design are the buttons on the seat cushions. When you sit down on them, occasionally you feel like you could snag the buttons right off (which is true even on an Eames Lounge Chair). One actually popped off, and while I have tools and upholstery skills to make the fix since the cushion is reversible, I've been lazy about it because it's hardly noticeable. Makes me wonder why they don't just skip the buttons on the cushion altogether. If you have small kids, and your heart is set on this design, you could just snip them off.
