They are extremely responsive to emailed questions and include in-home delivery, including unpacking and room placement with every purchase. The delivery men called in advance, came during their scheduled window and were professional, efficient and courteous. A wonderful buying experience from start to finish. A rare, customer-focused company.

The couch I purchased was exactly as advertised, in perfect condition, which was wonderful as I had bought it from the Outlet and wasn't sure how the quality would be. The color is beautiful, and the couch is large and comfortable, looks great in my living room. The only issue I had was with the shipping partner that Apt2B used. They didn't reach out to me until I emailed customer service, as I noticed on the tracking that the shipment had been in one place for several days. Then there was an issue getting it delivered on a day that I could take time off work to be home to receive it, they advertised flexibility, but in reality did not give me any options and said it had to be a certain day and time because of their driver's route. Finally they were able to arrange a mutually agreeable time, but made it seem like they were doing me some huge favor, when I had paid for the item and had to rearrange my work schedule and wait an extra week to get the delivery. This is a third party, I believe, not Apt2B directly, but they should be aware of the service that their shipping partners are providing.

I have owned this couch for over a month. The fabric is durable and easy to keep clean with pets. It is the perfect size for my 16x20 computer room. Well made and even comfy to sleep on.
