I searched hi and lo for the perfect sofa that would have one single cushion (perfect for naps), chic style, relaxed warm look, soft yet firm comfort, amazing fabric choices that can be removed and are pet-friendly (what a bonus!)and that didn't cost an arm and a leg. We ordered the Lafayette Sleeper Sofa in Woven Beach, and I am very pleased with our purchase! The sofa looks JUST as pictured on the website, which was such a relief since we didn't have time to order swatches. We were looking for a quality sleeper at a reasonable price with a quick delivery, and this fit the bill perfectly. It came a day before our house guest arrived :) The couch cushions are a nice, medium firmness - not hard, but you also won't sink in. They have a good bounce to them. I haven't slept on the mattress, but our house guest said she had no complaints, and it seemed perfectly fine for the few minutes I laid on it. The only thing that surprised me (because I didn't read the spec and do measurements) is the height. It's a little higher than your average couch, especially if you're like us and tend to buy lower couches. It makes my ottoman look a little bit out of place, but still totally comfortable to kick your feet up. I may just have to get a higher coffee table down the road.
