I requested five swatches and received them, along with about 15 others. I would have been happy with just the five I ordered.

I had to return the sofa I purchased after realizing it wasn't what I expected. Kind of a hassle and I was disappointed that I had to pay for shipping costs, but the Apt2B rep I worked with was helpful. I may purchase from Apt2b again but probably not a larger furniture item.

Aside from the longer wait getting the furniture, my whole experience with Apt2B has been perfect from their website to enjoying my quality sideboard now. When I didn't know about the company's reputation, I Googled their reviews, and they were all positive about this company. I experienced this firsthand, as I did wait some weeks for the furniture to be delivered, but the delivery company did a great job scheduling and working around my schedule to when I would be home. When they came, it was already assembled, wrapped in moving quilts. When I ordered it, I got the deal of free in-home delivery. They just moved it into the spot I wanted it, and unwrapped it from the quilts. The quality of the sideboard is beautiful, and looks better than the pictures online even. We use the sideboard as an entry table, and keep shoes in the cabinets, and mail in the drawers. So we open and close the cabinets quite frequently, and they have held up very well.
