The chair arrived as scheduled and I was very pleasantly surprised. Wasn't sure what I would get when ordering furniture online and not having a sample of the fabric, but I love it! Even my husband has complemented it several times. Nice quality fabric, very attractive look. Would definitely recommend.

My purchase experience was great. Easy financing with Affirm, delivery was made as scheduled. Unfortunately, the wrong sofa was delivered. Delivery guys wrapped the wrong sofa right up and took it aways, and located mine within a day. It took a couple of days to get my sofa to me. But, customer service at Apt2B and at the delivery company was responsive and apologetic. If not for the delivery snafu, my experience would have been a 5-star experience. Will probably order from them again

I received my sectional Wednesday of this week. I have to say I was very nervous purchasing a sofa online because I would have liked to have sat on it before I made a decision on such a large purchase. I took a chance because I had looked allover my home town and could not find anything that fit my specifications. I have a small living room that is open to the kitchen area and a front door that would be opening right on the sofa so it had to fit my space and not be overwhelming. Also I was looking for something that would resemble denim., something with two backs that you could lean back on in case guests came over and something that would hold up under the wear and tear of my husband. I found all of these requirements in this sectional. I am very happy with this purchase. It is very comfortable to sit on, fits my space well, and allows 4 people of good size to sit on it comfortably. Reviews tend to be a matter of one's personal preferences but this one matched my needs on every score. I was pleased with the delivery as well. The guys that delivered arrived when they said they would and handled the sofa with care. They brought it in my house and set it up. They were nice and friendly so I am pleased with that company as well. Over all review: I am very pleased with this purchase

I love the texture of the sofa but i wished ita wider like 26 maybe to 28 seat size.

I was on the fence about buying a couch online. But I passed through Costco and saw their road show. I didn't end up buying anything at that event. But I got to sit on things and ask a lot of questions. I also got to ask many more questions through their IM feature and the helpfulness of the sales support staff on the other end really allowed me to pull the trigger. It didn't hurt that they had a sale going on. So it's been a few months and I love the couch--a charcoal black couch with a linen texture. I only regret that dust shows up too much, too easily on black...but Apartment 2B is not the one to blame for that. I will definitely look seriously at Apt 2B for my next couch purchase, especially if they're running a great sale!
