Wow. I never write reviews but I’m just so blown away by this company, I wanted to share for other people looking at this couch. We did the Brentwood sectional, but with the “build it yourself” option. 4 seats across with a chase. The fabric, structure and look is just perfect. It is on the firmer side but not too firm. I could fall asleep on this couch easily. It holds it structure well and doesn’t look lumpy. We got the shade Neptune.
The customer service was exceptional! They replied to my requests immediately and helped resolve minor delivery issues.
So happy!! We sit on it everyday drinking our coffee and are so grateful. Thank you!

I've always wanted a green velvet sofa and now I have it. It is beautiful, comfortable, and practical too. Now I have an extra bed in addition that sofa I always wanted.

This sofa is so comfortable. The fabric is soft yet seems to be quite durable. The large size also fits our room quite well.

The Ezra sectional looks perfect in my family room! The nutmeg color fits in beautifully with my other furniture and is very comfortable- plenty of room to stretch out with my 85 pound greyhound, who loves it as I do.

Got the quinn couch this week and love her! Delivery took about 7 weeks, which is what I expected. Delivery itself went smoothly. Actual couch is great -- comfortable, fabric feels durable, and color is just what I wanted (shows up lighter in photo). It's firm enough to give support when sitting but still comfortable enough to lounge/nap on. And most importantly, big enough to easily fit 2 people and a dog.

This is a great sofa, the fabric is high quality. I paid for the mattress upgrade to memory foam, but I was disappointed in that, it's uncomfortable- but I think I will get another memory foam topper to beef it up.
Otherwise it's great! Love it!
