My purchase experience was great. Easy financing with Affirm, delivery was made as scheduled. Unfortunately, the wrong sofa was delivered. Delivery guys wrapped the wrong sofa right up and took it aways, and located mine within a day. It took a couple of days to get my sofa to me. But, customer service at Apt2B and at the delivery company was responsive and apologetic. If not for the delivery snafu, my experience would have been a 5-star experience. Will probably order from them again

Buying a big sectional couch sight unseen is scary and then when it showed up in the wrong color the first time my wife and I started to freak out. Thankfully the wonderful support team at apt2b took care of us and just a few weeks later we had our custom Melrose 3 Piece in Blue Jean in our new house. It has quickly become our 2 year old's favorite napping spot on the weekends.

The chair arrived as scheduled and I was very pleasantly surprised. Wasn't sure what I would get when ordering furniture online and not having a sample of the fabric, but I love it! Even my husband has complemented it several times. Nice quality fabric, very attractive look. Would definitely recommend.

I was just about to give up on my search for the perfect couch, and then I thankfully stumbled upon the Apt2B website. I ended up finding the exact couch I wanted a left facing chaise, oatmeal/cream color, stylish and comfy and it was a floor model over 50% off. There weren't any visible signs of damage. I love this couch and get so many compliments on it every day!
