I ordered the Monroe 3 piece sectional, which was very similar to a couch I'd seen in the Room and Board catalog, but for a $1000 less. It also was just slightly more petite than the Room and Board couch, which meant it would fit better in my living room. I loved the Apt2B website with it's witty descriptions and quirky sense of humor. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. I really appreciated that I could get fabric samples ahead of time, so I knew exactly what the upholstery would look like, especially since I was ordering this couch sight unseen. Since my order was a custom order, it did take slightly longer than the 2 weeks that was described on website, but not much and it was totally worth the wait! The delivery guys were very friendly and professional and they even unpackaged and set up the couch for me in my living room. The couch is absolutely stunning, I love it! It was exactly what I was looking for. It is stylish and comfortable, and seems to be very well made. I would highly recommend Apt2B to anyone, and in fact, have recommended it to everyone who compliments my couch!

My wife and I love the bed, it is beautiful, contemporary, and luxurious! I also love the fact that it came with complimentary white glove service, not having to put it together was a tremendous benefit. Great color and solid build.

My purchase experience was great. Easy financing with Affirm, delivery was made as scheduled. Unfortunately, the wrong sofa was delivered. Delivery guys wrapped the wrong sofa right up and took it aways, and located mine within a day. It took a couple of days to get my sofa to me. But, customer service at Apt2B and at the delivery company was responsive and apologetic. If not for the delivery snafu, my experience would have been a 5-star experience. Will probably order from them again.

I absolutely LOVE this desk. It's a perfect size for my small office. It is well made and the wood finish is beautiful!

This sofa was the perfect find for me. I spent a lot of time searching for a piece to fit my tiny condo and most of all it had to be comfortable so my husband would accept it. We really, really love it. It was worth all the hours I devoted to this hunt.
