Really scary ordering two sofas off the internet ... and customizing! We had some extra challenges with my tall husband (who wanted a little extra room), and our cat Max (who made mince-meat out of our last set). Worked with Alex who was very patient and sent us multiple swatches until we found one that we thought was beautiful and would pass our claw simulation test. Added 5 extra inches and asked to have piping/welting/cording removed. Couches arrived faster than it would have taken to get our damaged couches recovered ... about 6 weeks. They are beautiful and comfortable, and so far Max has not shown any interest in tearing them to shreds. (Fingers and claws crossed.) We could not be happier. Experience and results exceeded all our expectations and we're still in the "admiring-them-when-we-walk-into-the room" stage. When considering where to look for my first "real" sofa, it was important to me to find a company that offers USA made products, and it was a bonus when I discovered that Apt2B features "green" materials! It was the perfect fit. Their customer service associates were so helpful in cheerfully answering any questions I had about the product and process, and their local warehouse team was patient in updating my delivery requests. I can tell that this company takes pride in what they do and I hope to purchase from them again in the future. Not to mention, my sofa is perfectly elegant while still being comfortable enough for a friend to crash on :)

I bought this bed in the seafoam and I absolutely love it! It adds a wonderful pop to my bedroom. I've only had it for about two weeks, but it appears very well made. It was super simple to put together, which didn't matter at this time, since it was delivered and put together for me, but if I ever have to move it, I'm glad to know it won't be hard. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase!

I ordered the Monroe 3 piece sectional, which was very similar to a couch I'd seen in the Room and Board catalog, but for a $1000 less. It also was just slightly more petite than the Room and Board couch, which meant it would fit better in my living room. I loved the Apt2B website with it's witty descriptions and quirky sense of humor. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. I really appreciated that I could get fabric samples ahead of time, so I knew exactly what the upholstery would look like, especially since I was ordering this couch sight unseen. Since my order was a custom order, it did take slightly longer than the 2 weeks that was described on website, but not much and it was totally worth the wait! The delivery guys were very friendly and professional and they even unpackaged and set up the couch for me in my living room. The couch is absolutely stunning, I love it! It was exactly what I was looking for. It is stylish and comfortable, and seems to be very well made. I would highly recommend Apt2B to anyone, and in fact, have recommended it to everyone who compliments my couch!
