We love this sofa! It's sleek and modern, but still friendly and family functional. Kids can enjoy watching movies without me worrying about covering it to protect the fabric. Very sturdy and looks amazing.

The lamp is beautiful - especially when lit! Golden glow and well worth the cost.

I am very happy with my purchase and Apt2B's customer service. The quality of my sofa is excellent. The only problem we had was with a seat cover that had a broken zipper. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement, so I couldn't be happier. Since I had such a great experience, I have purchased other items and recommended the site to friends/family.

We didn't expect to purchase a sectional online without ever seeing it in person but we did and don't regret it all. We went with Apt2b versus oth online competitors because of the particular look we wanted for the sectional (and this one fit the bill), the fact that its made to order in the USA, and all of thCanada seats and pillows have zippers (aka we can replace the insides down the road if needed), and the seats are supposedly firm Bc they don't have down feathers (which we wanted to avoid). Apt2b's customer service rep Chris was super helpful and made sure we had a good experience when ordering. We had no problems delaying our shipment or scheduling the actual shipment date. we have yet to break in the sectional so everything is a bit stuff right now but imagine over time the sectional will become more comfortable. Last but not least the holiday sales over the summer made the prices quite attractive. fingers crossed that the sectional won't change too much (for the worse) over time. PS we went with mountain gray color swatch. Beautiful shade of gray that isn't too light or dark!

The first dresser that was delivered was badly damaged; lots of scratches and dents, and the shelves sat crooked. I had to refuse it at delivery. Apt 2B was very helpful in getting a new one shipped to me, and the whole experience was fairly painless. I will note, however, that the whole process of GETTING the dresser took a LONG time, about 5 weeks after the initial delivery, and the people were difficult to work with and quite late both times. I'm giving 5 stars because I want to review the dresser, not the delivery company, but I was tempted to give 4. Boston buyers; beware, you may have to work extra hard with your delivery guys. BUT, the dresser itself is great! It looks high quality, and feels very sturdy. The action on the drawers is easy but not loose, and the satin lining is a very nice touch that gives it a premium feel. Now that I finally have the dresser, I'm VERY happy with it; highly recommended.
