Like many other reviewers, I was concerned about buying a sectional sofa without ever sitting on it. It arrived a few days ago ' great service, exactly as ordered ' quality is so much better than I expected! The style isn't the coolest that Apt2B sells, but it fits my home perfectly. The cushions are firm but comfy, the fabric is beautiful and the size is ideal for the space. So very pleased with this purchase!

I don't normally buy big furniture online bc I like to sit in or see it in person, but I went for it and was not disappointed with my sofa purchase. I also requested that a fabric swatch be sent to me prior to its arrival and APT2B was totally accommodating. Nice delivery guys and all is good in our living room now!

Delivery was perfect got phone call couple weeks before than again day before to confirm. Also called while in route, to let me know they are 45 min. away. Picked this fabric without samples that are available with some 48 color choices so could not be more pleased with the outcome. Cushions are just the right density plus looks like material would easily clean any spills. This is now my very favorite reading nook so inviting. Most definitely would recommend this sofa.

This is a beautiful sectional - it makes me happy every time I walk in to our living room! It has perfect proportions...just the right depth and height and very comfortable. We chose the Performance Glacier -a soft fabric in a pretty gray/blue. The seat and back covers zip off for cleaning and the fabric cleans up easily (our dog has tested it already with wet sandy feet). Most important - especially when making a big purchase online - was the amazing customer service. We had an issue with the fabric on one of our initial orders and Apt2b fixed it right away...I was blown away by the customer support: we got an immediate response and follow-up from the Apt2b team, and they were committed to making sure that everything was resolved and that we were happy with our final purchase - which we are!
