Before ordering my sofa I had some questions for costumer service, they were extremely helpful. I ordered several swatches of fabric that were delivered quickly with no charge. It's the first time we ordered a sofa we hadn't tried to sit in first. We love our new sofa, it's very comfortable even though it is a firm cushion. It's seems to be well made and good quality.

I bought the Monroe sectional in Pink Lemonade and love it to pieces! It's super comfy and great for guests to crash on: plenty of room! I had to move to a smaller apt and sold it but miss it terribly and want another when we move again.

I love my new sofa, the color is perfect and it's so comfy! The only glitch was with the delivery service. I never received the first call for delivery so wasn't home when they arrived. I rescheduled after getting the correct# and they delivered promptly. But they still did not call me when they were on the way like the woman in the office said they would.

Ordered Avalon Queen Size Sleeper, purchase experience was awesome, got swatches and highly recommend as online does not really help with actual texture and how they look. Swatches shipped fast, online chat was great and once made purchase exception response to confirm my order, make sure they had my request correct and all was good. Then got notice item was complete and shipping. Got notification that shipping company had picked it up and this is where things went south fast. I would expect once the item is picked up that (considering we live on the West Coast, Oregon and shipping was coming from California) shipping would maybe take a week. Well after not getting a confirmed delivery date after a week, I called shipping company and they said they would probably not be delivering for 3-4 more weeks with no real guarantee of that either. I was amazed to hear this, that the delivery company was able to just store my fully paid for item in their shipping hub until they found it convenient to deliver. Delivery company kept saying that my location was "remote" laughable since I like 18 miles from Oregon's largest city, hardly a long drive.. So I decided to call APT2B and this actually is where is was awesome again. They were extremely apologetic, tried to help get delivery sooner, were not able to in the end, but did offer some incentives as a way to make things better which I GREATLY APPRECIATED taking the sting out of the experience a bit. Only reason getting 4 stars is due to customer service when things went south, really great quality of the sofa (very comfortable, craftsmanship is very nice) sales experience was great as well. If they had not stepped up and made things right, I would have probably given 1 or 2 stars based on how bad the shipping experience was. Nice overall, thank you for everything!
