I was naturally skeptical with ordering a sleeper sofa online, and even after numerous questions were answered by the Apt2B staff I still had my doubts. They assured me that in the event it was delivered and I didn't like it I would be able to return it, less the cost of return shipping. They said it would be around $300 to return which added to my level of anxiety surrounding the whole process. I ultimately decided to take the risk (I'm not a gambler so that was hard for me) and I'm very, very happy I did. Delivery was relatively seamless. The team was nice and professional; they removed all of the packaging and took it with them and left me with a stylish and sturdy sleeper sofa. So far I've had a total of 3 guests spend a night on it and I'm happy to report that all 3 have reported sound nights sleep. Thanks again, Apt2B, it was a scary process but one that I'm ultimately happy I decided to go through. To anyone who's on the fence... it's worth it!

Very happy with my purchase. Its a sharp looking couch but I wish they had shorter legs. Otherwise we love it.

I bought a King size bed that I was very excited about, unfortunately there was a defect with the bed. The customer service department has promptly and professionally took care of the issue and was in contact with me throughout. Bottom line things can sometimes go wrong, how its responded matters more. Amazing customer service, would definitely do business with APTTOBE again

We couldn't be happier !!!!!!!! Its really comfy but doesn't look like some over-stuffed pillow. It looks sharp!!! We get compliments all the time !!!
