We needed a big sofa for the family and one of my friends suggested Apt2B. So happy I found them!! This sofa is perfect and exactly what we needed. We did have to reschedule the delivery which was a bit of a hassle but that's a story for another time. I love this couch and so does the rest of my family which is what matters

The sofa itself is exactly what I was looking for and couldn't be happier with the quality and aesthetics of the sofa. I'm very picky and was extremely nervous about ordering online without first testing it out, but everything is great. The sofa is a bit firm, as other reviews indicate, but I think it is a positive as it seems like it will stand the test of time. What is not great is the delivery team. Whenever someone starts a sentence with "I'm not going to lie", (1) they are about to lie to you, and (2) I don't trust them. This delivery team first lied that they "forgot" their tools and couldn't install the legs. No problem, I let them borrow my tools. Second problem, they didn't have enough hardware to install the legs, so they only put a few screws in each leg rather than the amount required. Apt2B did ship extra screws for me to finish the job. Upon finishing the installation of the legs I discovered problem 3, the delivery team didn't know how to use the tools I provided or didn’t have the skills to install the few pieces of hardware they did have. Most of the screws they installed were barely attached and they were stripped out so I couldn't remove and replace them.

I was naturally skeptical with ordering a sleeper sofa online, and even after numerous questions were answered by the Apt2B staff I still had my doubts. They assured me that in the event it was delivered and I didn't like it I would be able to return it, less the cost of return shipping. They said it would be around $300 to return which added to my level of anxiety surrounding the whole process. I ultimately decided to take the risk (I'm not a gambler so that was hard for me) and I'm very, very happy I did. Delivery was relatively seamless. The team was nice and professional; they removed all of the packaging and took it with them and left me with a stylish and sturdy sleeper sofa. So far I've had a total of 3 guests spend a night on it and I'm happy to report that all 3 have reported sound nights sleep. Thanks again, Apt2B, it was a scary process but one that I'm ultimately happy I decided to go through. To anyone who's on the fence... it's worth it!
